There is a great place tucked away in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace called Il Mulino.  They are very unique in their presentation - and even cook several of the items right out in view. They will also bring random things over for your table to try at the beginning, and at the end will bring their famous 'grappa' which is very potent.

Vegas also features plenty of other restaurant's suitable for weddings or almost any occasion: The Eiffel Tower in Paris, for example, is quite stunning. Also, Aureole has a fantastic wine selection and features "wine angels" who kind of fly around the tower that serves as their massive wine racks.
