Carnival Court is an outdoor dance club/bar located between Harrah’s and the Imperial Palace, next to the Ghiradelli Ice Cream Parlor and there are some market stalls nearby as well.  Admission is free.

When you first walk in, you see the circular bar, which is entertaining itself with the bartenders juggling bottles of alcohol and tossing shots up into the air and catching them with drink glasses.  Big tips will usually get the bartenders yelling and cheering, with an occasional dance on the bar top.  There are heat lamps around the tables where you can order appetizer and quick meals (nachos, chicken wings, etc...).

You can sit around and enjoy the music or jump into the dance floor and dance the night away.  In the far end there is a stage where a high-energy disco band plays all the best dance hits from the 70’s and today.  Are you craving to do the Hustle?  Well here’s the perfect place where you can do it.  Get wild and dance the night away under the stars.

The place has a very relaxed atmosphere.  Jeans and t-shirts are ok to wear.  If you were to come a little more dressed up you’d probably be ok too.  Hey it’s Vegas, and anything goes. Its informality and fun factor which makes this place appealing to the young crowd.

A downside to the club is the restroom.  After a few drinks from the bar, you’ll be looking around for the restroom.  To go to the restroom, you must leave the party and go to the restroom inside the Harrah’s casino.  It’s a bit of a walk, but if you gotta go, you gotta go.
