On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to another room.Wow what a room and a bottle of champers for inconveniance....no inconvenience for me.Anyway although a huge hotel and a very very busy one we had a great time.We gambled a little and drank a little and used the buffet and the California pizza as our food places.Centrally located its easy to get around so would have no hesitation in using this hotel again or to recommend to others.Pool was also second to none.

My daughter and I found the Mirage nice and comfortable but because we were there over Memorial Day weekend they couldn't upgrade us when we checked in. Didn't take us long to check in, quite a hike from the desk to the elevators and rooms. Had to change rooms after first nite because of a leak to the next floor down from our bathroom which was fine but they didn't suggest to upgrade then either. Overall though it was a good stay and quiet all the time we were in the room. If you like being close to everything on the strip, good place to stay, right in the thick of things.

Spent 3 night at the Mirage in Vegas. check in was a breeze. I was not ready however for the walk thru the smoke infested casino. glad to see they check your room key before letting you on the elevators. The room was extremely nice and very clean bed comfortable, but OH MY GOD the door slaming at all hours of the night was a huge huge problem seems to me they could have put some sort of device on the door to stop this.
And just when are they going to make the casinos no smoking I feel very sorry for the people who work there People bring there babies there what are they thinking..

Check-in was nice and quick. Room was OK. Went to use the bathroom in our room and the hot water faucet would not shut off. Called housekeeping and was told they would send someone right up. Left room for several hours and came back - hot water still running. Called front desk and was told they would send someone right up. Waited a while then left for dinner, came back a couple of hours later - hot water still running. By this time it was approximately 8:00 p.m. and we were tired from a long day. Called the front desk again to complain and they said they would send someone up. We told them not to send anyone up that night because we it had been a long day and we wanted to relax, we had already called twice and that we were just going to close the bathroom door. Guess what? After having told them not to send anyone up here comes a knock on the door at 9:30 p.m. to fix the faucet. The water had been running for approximately 8 hours. On a good note, the pool is really nice.
