I live in vegas and gamble there alot. I have stayed there several times just because they would comp the room, the rooms are nice. But on three differant occasions I was told that a balieys frangellico coffee is not a compable beverage, that it is too expensive. I dont go for the free drinks, I usually drink a single cola or water. But on three seperate occasions I was in the mood for that particular coffee. They spared themselves the cost of three drinks but those three drinks actually cost them THOUSANDS. Good job!

We are returning guests of the Silverton Hotel & Casino and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The main reason we have stayed at this particular hotel is because of its location off the striip and that Bass Pro Shops is next door.

We stayed on the fourth floor overlooking the pool area. Our room was a non smoking room with 2 queen beds that met our family's needs perfectly. The room was clean throughout especially the bathroom. It was promptly made up by the housekeeping staff during our two day stay.

Our family enjoyed dining at the Sundance Grill as well as relaxing/swimming in Silverton's pool.

However, due to its location you require a car for transportation as walking to or on the strip is a bit of a hike. It is close to the Las Vegas Outlet Center located on the south end of the strip as well as Towne Place Shopping Mall.

Another plus about staying at the Silverton, there are no Tahitti Resort timeshare employees to greet you about their offers of show tickets in return for your attendance at one of their timeshare seminars.

We have enjoyed our stays at Silverton and intend on returning in the future.

After the treatment of the supervisor, we will never stay there again.

We were charged twice for the same room which caused my account to overdraw and were basically told by the supervisor sorry about your luck you will have to wait to talk to accounting tomorrow and see if they can clear it up. We were not offered anything to ammend the situation execpt a I'm sorry. That's it. The situation still has not been resolved.... The only positive experience we had was in the cafe with a waitress by the name of Terri. She was wonderful and the food was amazing. Thank you for that. And since they overdrew my account I was'nt even able to enjoy the casino or gamble since that was the main reason we went there! Thank you for nothing....

I just returned from a three night stay. Rooms was big and clean. Bed comfortable. I got one of the rooms with no view due to a wall about five feet away from the window, but the room served it's purpose in that it was comfortable and yielded a good nights sleep.

I'm not a gambler but the casino seemed nice and did not reek of smoke. Great fish tank. Fantastic Bass Pro store attached to the lobby.

I had a very good meal at a reasonable price in the Twin Creeks restaurant.

Given the $30 price per night I scored with an Expedia sale, it was a great bargain.

I've booked a return trip on sale at a different hotel sight for $39 a night during the PBR World Finals weekend.

My husband and I stayed at the Silverton Hotel for 7 nights. We were pleased with the hotel. The front desk answered several questions we had about the best places to visit within the city. I thought our room was nice and clean. We chose this hotel because my husband loves going to the Bass Pro Shop. We were also a little nervous about staying in a hotel on the strip.
