Spent three nights at TI and it was another great experience. The room was nice, and it has one of the best mattresses ever!

totally different to the rest of the world you must go to las vegas before you leave this planet

I booked a room in September for Oct 30-Nov 3. I was not told that there would be a $20 per night charge, as they didn't implement it until Oct 1st, and didn't exist when I booked the room. I did find out about it via TA , and called TI before our arrival. Reservation at TI assured me that we wouldn't be charged. At check in nothing was mentioned, but upon checkout I was told I owed $80 in resort fees + the room and tax! After discussing this with the font desk agent, and then her supervisor who was rather frigid. I had to threaten to take this further before they actually were willing to reverse the charges. I didn't like the fact that the management wasn't upfront regarding the fee's. I will not be staying here again. Clearly the change of ownership at TI hasn't been for the best.

There are much better hotels in the area for the same price as TI now that they charge the resort fee.

I read a lot of reviews of hotels on the strip before deciding on TI. It seemed like the best deal for the location and amenities. But we were SO PLEASED AND IMPRESSED with this hotel! We recieved 5-star service and quality for what turned out to be a great price.

The location is perfect, right across the street from Venetian and Wynn, and just a brief walk from Mirage, Bellagio and all the rest of central strip. Walgreens conveniently located across the street was huge. Our room was beautiful, super comfortable beds, a fantastic view of the strip.

The pool was clean and well-maintained (not always the case with other hotels) and offered great waitress service. The food options - especially the buffet - were delicious, and very reasonably priced.

The Audigier nightclub was a lot of fun. Not too big, not too small, an outdoor patio to chill on between dancing in the club. We got free cover for being hotel guests and the DJ and dancers were great. Even the bartenders were friendly and poured great drinks..

But I just want to say -- the service was impeccable, from check-in staff, to bellhops, to the great buffet service and especially the dealers at the card tables.. Everyone who worked there made us feel so important, and that's what really made this such a great trip.

TI, you guys were awesome. Thanks for helping us have an unforgettable trip. My girlfriend and I look forward to going back!
