I booked my 2 night stay direct with the hotel, for approx. US$60 per night plus taxes.

Check in... my gosh. This obviously wasn't an ordinary day but TI's computer (reservation?) system went down at around noon. I arrived to check in at 5pm and there were hundreds of people waiting to check in, snaked all the way out to the front entrance. Guests that had arrived earlier had been asked to come back in a couple of hours, so there were 5hrs of people waiting by the time I got there. It took 2hrs to get through the line and get checked in. I was arriving for a 7.30pm show at another casino, so my leisurely check in, shower and dine became a mad scramble to get there on time - which I just did with 3mins to spare!

Other than check in, my room was generally ok. Spacious and had a view over The Strips and Siren Cove. Some people have mentioned noise problems in these rooms but I was never ready to sleep before midnight so this did not bother me.

Towels were thin, and pillows had some stains on them - bathroom was also missing a couple of towels. Hallways had many room service items waiting to be collected, generally untidy. This level of service may have been due to the computer problem.

I didn't not spend time at the pool but it looked very average. Very few dining options (Isla looked good though), and nothing available for take-out after 11pm-ish. Nothing special by way of shopping.

Sirens of TI show was tragic - really poor acting/dancing, porn movie level. Check it out, but don't expect much.

For the price, I was happy with the general standard of my room, excluding some cleanliness issues. Excluding check in I was happy with my stay here.

Super trip, first time at the property...really convenient location, staff were friendly, rooms were great...atmosphere (especially the pool) was awesome. Outlets offer a little something for eveyone. Close proximity to other larger hotels on the central strip and of course the Fashion Show Mall is just next door.

We'd go back in a heartbeat...

Of note the pool is best on the weekend with the DJ...think of Spring Break - awesome!!!

Had a great time in Vegas, TI was great, check in fast, got in at noon and they let us go to the room, maid service great, all the public areas seemed to be well taken care of, restrooms clean, I tryed to take the bed and bedding home but to big for my suitecase. the bed was great, i want one and the bedding. My only big cripe was the cost of food who pays 35.00 for breakfast for 2 people I did, but after going to other hotels on the strip
all the meals are over priced.2.50-3.00 for a bottle of water or soda. Take extra money for food, we even checked the buffets 15.00 - 23.00 for breakfast, cant eat 15.00 worth of breakfast food. Go to Walgreen across the street and pick up snacks and water a little cheaper if you buy a six pack. wear good shoes, you will do alot of walking. All the staff at TI were great.

We stayed at TI from Friday June 26th-Monday June 29th. I was alittle worried at some of the reviews I read, but none of the negative comments I read were true in my opinion. I think that some people just cant be pleased. We arrived early, about 9am, early check in was not availble yet, no big deal, naturally we headed to the bar and had a few bloody marys and played some video blackjack, great way to start the trip! At about 10:45 we went to wait in line for early check in, we were the second in line. At 11:00 on the dot the check in line opened up. We were helped by Rebbeca, she was very helpful and nice. Check in was smooth and easy and we were given some freebees and coupons as well!! Our rooms were very modern and the bed was unreal!! we had a strip view as well as a view of the pool, excellent views!! I felt the service all around was great during our stay, we rented a Cabana poolside for a day, great deal for $250.00 the fridge in the cabana was stocked with a case of soda and a case of water, we also got a fruit tray which was excellent. The drink/food servers at the pool area were great as well, they stopped by every 20 mins or so and the frozen drinks were awesome!!!! The DJ by the pool was very fun, he played great music, it was a party in the pool!! everyone was having a great time, what a great idea!!! As far as food, im not sure, my wife and I ate at the Canter deli, had some excellent onion rings, my mom and stepdad had breakfast once and really enjoyed it. We also went the the Night club in TI, it was awesome relaxing out on the patio right in front of the water out front, great view of the strip as well. I would highly recommend TI to anyone, its a great price, great value, and you will have a great time if you stay there. Trust me, I wouldnt have taken the time to write a review if I didnt feel strong about the great stay you will have if you decided to stay at TI.

There is nothing particularly wrong with Treasure Island, however going around some of the other hotels you see what is lacking. It is very clean, our room was lovely with a fantastic view of the strip. Location was good, could have done with being a little bit more central (i.e. Paris/Bellgaio) but still good. The main thing we found that was in comparison to such hotels as the Ventetian and Paris there was no good shops and restaurants in the hotel, which meant you had to venture out for eating/shopping. There was also no atmosphere within the hotel, with the two afore mentioned hotels, the theme ran through the hotel whereas Treasure Island's theme is only outward.
The poolside is very very busy and you cant actually swim as there are so many people in the pool.
Ok place to stay for the price but I would look elsewhere for a second trip to Vegas.
