Went to Las Vegas for a much needed getaway with my husband and friend. Got a 3 night stay with 2 Mystere tickets for 200 total. WONDERFUL DEAL. Check in was very fast (maybe 5 minutes) and because the lady needed to find us 2 rooms close together on the same floor she upgraded us for free to floor 32 which had a WONDERFUL VIEW of the Las Vegas Strip. All services ( room service and valet) were always quick and courteous- WONDERFUL, since often it can be slow and rude. The Room itself had obviously been upgraded and we found it to be just perfect. Good space, attractive, good electronics (had an ipod dock on the alarm and a flat screen tv) clean, nice spacious bathroom, comfy chaise lounge, and the bed and pillows were WONDERFUL. Ate at the Coffee shop, Kahunaville (had a buy one get one free drink coupon one trip and a 7.99 breakfast coupon another) , and Canters Deli and on a past trip ate at the Buffet, and the food was always yummy, and surprisingly, not too expensive at their restaurants- WONDERFUL! All of us did well on the machines and broke even or came out on top. Treasure Island really is easy to access and it only takes you 2 minutes to get to the elevator from wherever you are. I appreciated the tram to the Mirage and the walkway to the mall. Plus, it's got the Wynn, Palazzo, and Venetian right across form it. Seriously- this was a Wonderful trip, and I know it's largely in part due to how happy the hotel made us. We will be staying at the treasure Island Hotel again. The only complaints we had in our 4 days 3 nights were: tram was broken once, the AC wasn't extremely quick to cool the room, and the pool wasn't spectacular. But those complaints pale in comparison to the compliments I give this hotel.

We stayed at TI for 4 nights. With flight delays, we didn't get to the hotel till around 1am. We requested a room with a king bed, however they only had a room with 2 queen beds available that time of day but they promised they'd give us a room with a king bed the next day. Front desk left us a message on our phone the following morning reminding us about the room change which I thought was great! TI was not overly large so it was easy to find our way around the hotel. The decor was clean and modern. The hotel and casino was well kept. The bed and the pillows were super duper comfortable. The Sirens of TI was a great freebie show and as a hotel guest, you can to view the show in the VIP area which has a great view. The hotel is well located with a walk way to the mall. I believe we got a bang for our buck staying at TI. It's not as luxurious as the 5 star hotels, but it met our needs and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel was offering a great deal cost wise and overall was decent enough if you have patience. The check in process on a Sunday afternoon took over an hour. There were about 100 people in line and only 3 attendents working. The maid woke me up one morning by trying to enter the room at 8:10 a.m. Luckily I had the lock bar on and she quickly went away. The clock in the room didn't work and the front desk wasn't sure how to set the time. The time was never set the entire stay. The location is great. Good location. The food at the pool wasn't that great. Everything tasted fried and greasy. The cafe had decent food however and the room service was good. The attitudes in the restraunts weren't that great. Everyone seemed annoyed.

I should state first off that I didn't go to Las Vegas for the typical LV experience. We were flying in and out of LV in order to drive to southern Utah. We decided to stay at Treasure Island because we were going to the Cirque du Soleil show that was associated with the hotel. The Cirque show was fabulous, of course. As for Treasure Island- the price was right- very cheap- and the room was really nice. It felt very luxurious, especially for the price. But there was a huge line for check-in and only three people working reception. This was after being trounced on by three or four guys at once when pulling into the registration drive-in. Why have so many people working to help you park if you just have to wait in line once you get inside? I just can't understand why a hotel would want to make you angry upon immediately walking in. Getting the Cirque tickets was the same deal. Everyone who had will-call tickets had to wait in a huge line- it took close to a half hour just to pick up the tickets. Again, it seemed totally unnecessary. The pool was frightening. There were hundreds of people there and getting in the pool? Forget it. I even got accosted by a drunk guy at the pool bar, although the bartender was very nice and got the guy to back off. We ate at Pho, the Vietnamese restaurant, and we even had to wait in line just to get a table. I saw lines at every restaurant in the hotel. The food was pretty terrible and the service was spotty.
We needed to print a boarding pass for our flights the next day- the "business center" was the internet for a dollar a minute. In the room, it was $8 for two hours.
All in all, it was easy to stay there because of seeing Cirque, but waiting in line for everything is not for me.

I stayed here with my mother, for her frist trip to Vegas, and I choose it because of the amazing location. It is right in the centre of the strip and easy to access many other casinos and hotels. The rooms are very clean, although I did have to request more towels on our first night, as there was not enough, but every other day they stocked it with plenty. The beds are so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. I was a little disappointed at the lack of view, as our room looked out onto a roodtop and into a brick wall, but how much time do you spend looking out your window. The pool is amazing, and Social House as well as Ilsa restaurants are amazing for service and food. I would return to TI again in the future.
