Our stay was good. However when departing we lost our camera bag just outide the hotel door. We lodged complaint ; howver the hotel does not respond to e-mail sent to them. This is disappointing. This is not the way you treat your guests.

It's been around for a while, so it's worn and outdated. Most hotels in Vegas are so large that it's hard to find one with character, this one lacks it completely. The only thing worthwhile was the sushi restaurant, if you can afford it.

We are first timer's to LV and we didn't know what to expect. We booked a room at TI for 2 nights expecting an average hotel, service, food etc. The check in was less than 30minutes and we received $20 house credit for booking directly though their website. Good deal. My advice would also be to join the player's club, TI gives $10 worth of free slot play. Good deal. Overall the room and bathroom were clean except for the bedsheets possibly old stains. Not good but we didn't complain. The room had a strip view but the noise wasn't a factor. Our favorite restaurant was definitely PHO ( vietnamese food), worth the stop!! Service is slow but give them a chance you will not be disappointed. The most important things for us were cleanliness, location, security and value which TI provided to us!!!!

We arrived June 6 in themorning and was told that our room was not ready, we gave our luggage to the bell man and we were on our way. When we arrived back later in the afternoon our room was ready and our luggage delivered to our room within 5 minutes. The room was beautiful and the beds extra comfy. The only thing that would have made that room better would have been bigger and more windows. Other than that it was perfect. We have stayed at Flamingo, Ceasars, Venetian and Ballys....all of which we liked excet for Flamingo...(didn't feel secure there). We found TI the most easily accessible for your room and for the strip..very close and easy to get around. I agree the pool could have been bigger...but it was pretty. We ate at the coffee shop one night or should I say early morning and it was awesome...We ate there again a couple of days later and it was bad..short staffed and food was cold and just not the same as the first time. TI is our new place to stay...We will definetely stay here again...loved it.
