We went to Las Vegas for basically a day and a half, because our daughter was dancing on the Mystere stage for a couple of performances. We chose TI particularly for this reason (the good reviews helped). We flew in on the afternoon before her performance, and left early the following morning. We spent almost no time in the room, didn't gamble, didn't use the pool, didn't use the spa, only ate at the buffet for one breakfast, didn't really shop at all other than for small momentos, and didn't drink there. So why am I bothering to write a review? The bed. Oh, my - the beds at Treasure Island are amaaaaaazing. Like sleeping in a marshmallow, but not the type that makes your back hurt.

The limited interaction that we had with the staff was just fine, the room was clean - all things that I would expect anyway. The only complaint that I had was that there was no hair dryer in the room, which I found strange, since you usually get a hair dryer in any average chain motel. But if we return to Vegas, we will stay at TI. I just got home today, but I miss that bed already.

Thank you for the great feedback regarding the beds. So many have indicated how much they enjoy the comfort, and you may purchase a new identical Elite Sensational mattress for your own home. Simply contact the hotel or visit the Accommodations page on the Treasure Island web site.

Sorry to hear you did not find the hair dryer. They are located in each room and suite. Since they are full size hair dryers, we place them on a shelf in the lighted wardrobe / closet. If you do not find one on your next visit for any reason, simply contact TI Housekeeping and they will be sure to bring one to your room.

We booked our room at New York New York. Only to find the room very disapointing. WE called TI from our NYNY room and they had a room for us and we were there in 15 mins.

The service was awesome at the Front Desk. Got a very nice upgrade looking south down the Strip. Stephanie and Jay took great care of us.

The towel service was not great and our radio was not working. We enjoyed the view and a very nice flat panel TV with about 10 channels in HD. The bed was amazing. I could sleep in that bed for the rest of my life and be just fine. We asked for more pillows and got them. We had 10 pillows on our bed.

The location is great. Very easy to get both North and South on the strip. But no easy access to a drug store or a liquor store. Casino is a little smokey and just not my favourite. Love the hotel..Hate the Casino.

  • Liked — Bed was awesome. TV was really nice.
  • Disliked — Lack of towels... Could have been a little cleaner. Dusting is not hard.

I can't complain about anything! We stayed in one of the Tower Suites on one of the highest floors for two nights! It was a beautiful room with an awesome view of the Wynn hotels and the new Palazzo. We felt like royalty or the rich and famous which probably won't say too much to a lot of people - but we aren't rich so it was special to us.

The room was immaculate and modern. Bed - one of the most comfortable ever. We didn't want to get out of it. The his and her bathrooms were awesome so we could both get ready at the same time. The whirlpool tub in the hers bath was a nice fit for two and quite relaxing. The robes and slippers they provided were quite a nice treat to lounge in while in the room.

You could hear the noise from the Sirens show all the way up in our room but thankfully the last show was at 10 PM so we didn't mind too much. You could also occasionally hear people talking in the hallways but it wasn't enough to be a disturbance.

We weren't super impressed with the buffet at TI. It didn't have much to offer. The food was good, not great. Luckily we got there early before the line got crazy - which it did. I prefer the buffets over at The Flamingo or The Orleans better....more selection. But the price was okay....for the selection it could have been a dollar or two cheaper but that's just me nitpicking.

The front desk staff was nice and got us checked in quickly. We checked in on a Wednesday so it wasn't busy at all. However, when we checked out on Friday, the check-in line was ridiculous! I'm sure it was at least 45 minutes long or more. Thankfully, there was a separate checkout line. There is also free valet (excluding tip) for hotel guests so take advantage if you are driving in instead of parking in the self-park garage which will leave you with quite a little walk to the hotel.

Overall, a great stay and we look forward to returning to TI!

  • Liked — The suite was amazing....so much to offer!
  • Disliked — The buffet was just okay.

At first I was told that this hotel would be nothing out of the ordinary, quite cheap and lame... As a matter of fact I paid 95$ per night... I wasn't expecting much, to be honest.

Once I arrived at around 2pm I checked-in in an isolated check-in desk and was greeted by a very nice lady, who gave me a room in the 30th floor, with view to the Strip (after I requested).

Then, I went through the Casino to the elevators. Up to 30th floor and walked a couple minutes to reach my room. Once I opened the door, WOW! It honestly looked like a Hyatt (I'm not kidding).

I went directly to the window and in fat, the Strip was smiling at me. The bathroom was spotless, recently refurbished. Then, I went to the bed... THE BEST PART OF MY TRIP.

The bed was unbelievably soft, yet firm. The sheets were soft and cozy. Honestly, one of the best beds I've had (and I've been to many hotels).

I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed. I wouldn't hesitate on going back, even though I'd love to try the Wynn and the Palazzo... but if you're on a decent budget, go ahead and book a room in this incredible hotel.
