We just came back from our second trip to TI and I have almost nothing but nice things to say about this hotel.
Check in was very quick, and they gave me my requested pool veiw on a high floor. The room (a pettit suite) was perfect. Very clean and modern with 2 marble bathrooms (his and hers), one with glass a shower and one with a deep jacuzzi tub. Big LCD screen, comfy bed and an incredible veiw of the pool and south strip.
The pool was a big plus for me. I enjoy pools and this was one of the nicest I've seen. Not huge but very tropical, great music and atmosphere. It was also extreemly warm, a big plus in March. Warning - our Bahama Mamas (apparantly a double size) were $16 each for the first, and $13 after that.
Valet was always quick, and when you return to the hotel they always gave us a 2 for 1 buffet ticket. We used it one night and it was not bad. We also tried Kahunaville to which was pretty good.
My wife and I both enjoyed the Pirate show. Very sexy. We watched it twice (hotel guests get to stand VIP front row centre).
One negative was the small smokey casino. It was uninspiring, so we gambled mostly at the Mirage (just a short Tram ride away).
Go to TI, have a great time!
We'll definately be back.

Having stayed many times in Vegas (the Strat, Golden Nugget, Excalibur) we decided to venture a little closer to the heart of the strip. And we weren't disappointed.
The hotel was most central for all amenities, especially, Fashion Show Mall, which for a shopaholic like me is great!
Also, the room was fantastic. Side on strip view of the Mirage and down the strip. The most comfortable bed I've ever had from a hotel. Clean and well maintained public areas.
Yes, the Sirens from TI are slutty and not a patch on the previous pirate show, but we've long since stopped watching it anyway.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning, no massive queues and the food great. Also, no comp staff hassling you as you move around the hotel (unlike the Strat, who had them just to the left of their buffet entrance.)
Starbucks on the way out to the Mirage tram, great for topping up your caffeine levels.
All in all, a wonderful stay in a great place. We'll definately be going back.

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay at the TI (2/28-3/3). This was our first time in Vegas and we wanted a hotel near the Venetian & Wynn, without having to pay an outrageous price.

I have to say, after reading the mixed reviews on TripAdvisor, I was beginning to feel a bit nervous. Well, all of that went away once we got to TI. We checked in a bit past 3pm, and only had to wait about 5-7 mins to complete everything. We received a room on the 28th floor, facing the Wynn and northern strip (the Sirens ship was almost directly below our window, but we never had any problems with noise because we were not in the room while the show was going on). The room was spotless and was exactly what we expected. Contrary to other posts, we DID have a bathmat in the bathroom. The beds were really comfortable, and yes, they do not have fitted sheets, but that wasn't much of a problem. We had absolutely no issue with noisy neighbors or loud people in the hallway. Our room was not located near the elevators or vending machines, so this may have helped.

The casino was very smoky, and the smoke was like a slap in the face when you entered it. I know all casinos are smoky, but this one seemed worse than the others. On the plus side, we never had an issue getting drinks! We ate three times at the TI Buffet, and it was pretty good for the most part. We ate there 2 times for breakfast (excellent), and once for lunch. For lunch, the Italian food was great, along with the salads. However, the chinese food was pretty "eh" at most.

TI has an excellent location across the street from the Fashion Show Mall, so if you are looking to get discount tickets from Tix4Tonite, you're that much ahead.

The only thing I really found annoying were the timeshare people out front on Las Vegas Blvd. Everytime we walked by they were in our face! I know you're trying to sell something, but don't touch me! Also, when we booked our trip in September, we didn't realize that this was a big NASCAR weekend. NASCAR jackets and styrofoam coolers everywhere!

Hope this review helps. All in all, if we ever make it back to Vegas, we will definitely stay at TI again.

I was hesitant about staying here because I have stayed here about 10 years ago and it was nothing great. BOY was i surprised! They did a wonderful job with the remodeling. The decor is very modern and beautiful and the sheets are soo amazingly comfortable. I will definitely be staying here more often on my trips to vegas. I have stayed at both the venetian and the wynn and i must say that this is a better deal.

This review is overdue and for that I apologize. We stayed at the T.I Resort in January and had a great time. We had our choice of staying at ANY hotel we wanted and chose T.I for certain reason as follows: This was our cesond trip to Vegas in 2 years and the first time we stayed at Mandalay Bay -- we loved that hotel but it was huge and also way down on one end of the strip away from the center of the strip and although we liked the hotel enough -- actually loved it enough to go back - for that reason we wanted more mid strip this time. The T.I in our opinion was in a great location surrounded by Mirage, Venetian, Wynn and then only a short 15 minute walk toward Caesars and Bellagio etc etc..
The T.I was excellent service from the start and affordable choices for dining, drinking and gambling without getting lost on our way back to our incredible Tower suite. The room we had was on the 34th floor and was just perfect for a 700 or so suite - we also got a rate we loved. These rooms have 2 bathrooms (kind of like his and hers) in my opinion they could keep one but it was nice having my own area to dress, put makeup on and soak in the great jacuzzi tub. Room service was quick and yummy each time and more importantly served HOT foods hot. The front desk was always helpful especially when we had the do not disturb on our phone and room and the maid service was there when we needed and requested. We did not do fine dining this trip and ate mostly buffet style between Mirage and T.I.. Personally I liked Mirages buffet better but they were both good enough. The coffee shop in T.I was wonderful and priced right it doubled as PHO the vietnamese restaurant which we did not try.. It was busy all the time but always good, fast service. Gambling was so so at this hotel -- we did not have great wins this trip but rather donated a bit and all in all thats just fine -- the players club took care of us in a way so it works out -- I guess. We did do Freement street experience this trip again and thats nice. We did see Beatles Love and It was ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We do think cabs are expensive especially in traffic. We rode the monorail to the end and then walked to the Stratopshere and went up and had drinks at the top of the world restaurant -- I would liek to do dinner next time there - the views were splendid... Fashion show mall next to TI was convenient for shopping and the weather in January was fantsatic -- 50's to 60 during the day and at night I think it hit down to about 40?? The dry climate hurts my nose and skin and eyes but for as little as we will go there the one time a year its bearable -- bring extra eye drop, salines and moisturizers..

also Vegas can be done extremely budget minded but it is not in any means to be thought of as a cheap vacation if youliek to do it all as we do (nice rooms, shopping, gambling, drinking, and most time fancier meals) the gambling is what sets the tone for your budget -- be careful! -- We WILL DEFINTILY GO AND STAY AT TREASURE ISLAND AGAIN -- CANT WAIT ILL 2009. THANKS T.I AND STAFF AND THANKS PLAYERS CLUB TEAM
