Just returned from a week in Las Vegas staying at TI, booked via Hotel
website, got what we asked for.De luxe room on high floor, non smoking,
one King and one queen room. Our room had a mountain view, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Check in and out went very smoothly, no queues. Found all staff to be very helpful and friendly/Ideal location on the strip. walkways to venetian and Fashion Show Mall.

Had breakfast most days in Kahunaville, Eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, toast and coffee. Cost about $44 dollars for 4 of us. Kept us going most of the day.

Never tried any of the other Eateries, but they all seemed to be quite busy. Overall enjoyed our stay at TI and would definately stay there again.

Great hotel, centrally located and we had no problems with any staff that previous people have mentioned. If you are going to rent a car, rent it from dollar, pick it up at the airport and return it to the hotel. The price is over $200.00 less if you get it at the airport. I played the .01, .02 and .05 slots near the entrances. Won every time-over $800 in total. When you get there ask for a corner strip view, a little larger room and great view. Food was great at the buffet-very fresh. Loved the desserts. Valet parked every time-short wait. This hotel is great, it is small enough that you can get around quickly to several hotels in the area. We used a car and went from hotel to hotel-valet parked and tipped a buck or two-well worth it. Go see the Beatles-Circque show-fenomenal, Don't miss the forum shops at Ceasers if only to see the statues come to life and eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Had a great time and would definelty stay here again.

  • Liked — the beds are to die for and the location is great
  • Disliked — Nothing, except the outside show was being repaired so we did not get to see it

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and arrived in mid-November. The check-in and check-out went very well. Try not to use their in-house phone service for long distance calls-very expensive. What was a little dissapointing after check-in, is that you have to walk about 200 feet, past 2 in-house restaurants on the casino floor, to find the elevator to your room. Pick the right elevator, as another one goes to other floors.
We were pleased with our room, which consisted of 2 queen beds. The room colors were ranging from dark brown to tan. Very pleased with the comfortable matress on each bed, as we slept very well. A 36 inch flat panel tv was available for our use, but there were only 2 dresser drawers for our clothes. Stayed 3 nights, and each time the room was cleaned very well. The bathroom was tiled everywhere, and had 'Wet" brand shampoo, lotion, soaps, etc. on the counter. Had a light dinner at the Kahounaville restaurant in the hotel which we enjoyed. Ordered the sampler which consisted of wings, chicken strips, cheese sticks, and a few shrimp. As it was brought out to our table on a large plate with an ornamental ceramic volcano that had dry ice inside (simulating smoke coming from the top) which made the dish very spectacular to see. Order this if you want some fun while eating. Altogether, we were happy with our stay here.

So disappointed in this hotel the service was appaling. We arrived late on a Saturday night and headed to the bar for a drink the bar staff could not have been ruder. We ordered drinks and they lean over the poker machines to see how much your gambling before they decide to serve you. The barman told us ther was no cocktail menus when asked and demanded $12 for 2 drinks before he would pour them. Atrocious! Then the next day the manager after we had complained offered a comp bottle of champagne for the hassle (rude service, no guest service info in room, no mini bar and no tea and coffee making facilities and the room was not as pictured on the website). The 'calfornian' champagne arrived (disgusting) and we tried to order a hollywood movie from the tv at 2.00am as we were jet lagged we could nt rang the front desk and were told we would have to come down and produce id and a credit card before they would activate it..... We hiked and I mean hiked we could nt have been any further from reception duly handed in the necessary and hiked back only to find we still could nt orde the movie and it took two more calls to the desk before it was complete. We checked out after 3 nights (we were supposed to there for 7) and demanded a refund for the nights we didnt used which was agreed by the manager but to date we are still waiting. This hotel is all bout your dollar and to ship you in and ship you out (excuse the pun) book a good hotel like the bellagio or the Venetian and give this a wide bearth. Dark dingy and dated the only good thing about this hotel was the coffee shop restaurant open 24 hrs that is it.

Stayed at TI for 4 nites from Nov.18-22 and had a great time. Was upgraded from a petite suit to a tower suite for no charge, didn't even have to ask, they just had it on file and told me at check-in. That was enough to set the stay off on a great start. Tower suite was perfect, spacious, comfortable bed, great bathrooms.
Pool was great, nice and warm, not busy. Food was good, but we ate all over Vegas so not really many opinions to give. Found the buffet actually quite good.
Would I stay again?, absolutely, but only in the same room as we are now spoiled a bit. We also like to try other hotels to try new things but might have a hard time not coming back here. Vegas is what you make it, I've always had a blast and I don't let the little things ruin it. Keep an open mind.
