We were four ladies in a regular room. A bit crowded but we were so busy were seldom there. Th e hotel's employee's were all very friendly and helpful. No complaint's there. Our check-in was prompt. Good eating places and nice atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived we loved this hotel. Check in was fast but they were out of non smoking rooms in the Skyline and I thought here we go! But to our surprise they upgraded us to a Park Avenue at the same price. The room was great and the view was wonderful too. We were on the corner with a veiw of MGM and Excaliber, and of the airport. My husband loves watching planes. It was very clean and the bathroom a good size. They also supply you with very good soaps and shampoos.The casino was very lively and full of young people. They were having a great time. The slots let us play and payed us fairily well (we came home with money and I call that winning).
WE ate twice at Nine Fine Irishmen and both times were very good. We also ate at the Italian restaurant and it was also good.
The pool was closed the day before we arrived and that was a bit dissappointing. We did lots of walking and saw Streisand and also Phantom of the Opera. We enjoyed both shows. When we checked out our comps payed for food and gift shop purchases.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Las Vegas. We have stayed at alot of the hotels on the strip and this was one of the best.

We had visitors in from England and took them to Vegas and having seen the impressive sight of NYNY previously, decided to give it a whirl. The central location was amazing and the inside was spectacular. It was clean and the facilities were nicely placed.
However, the staff were not up to speed on the working of policies and there was contuinally a line for the front desk. The majority of staff were well trained but the minority ruined the whole operation. Which in itself was a shame.
The desk manager eventually became involved and whilst apologies were made, the damage had been done.
We would never recommend this hotel to anyone, there is better places on the strip.

Was a very nice hotel, lots of places to eat etc. Not the newest of the Vegas hotels, as the room was a bit dated. We paid more for a spa room which was ok. We were a bit dissapointed with the view from the room which was the roof of the hotel, as we expected that it would be better for a spa room.
So i think if we went again we would just get a standard strip view room.
