This hotel was really great! The casino has a really fun atmosphere. There are tons of cute little shops, and resturants that are built around a New York neighborhood theme, I am a very visual person, and this was just candy to my eyes, all the little nooks and crannies, and things to look at. They also have an arcade upstairs that was really fun. Our room was right by the rollercoaster and we did not have any problem what so ever with the noise. I believe it stops around midnight anyway, and we weren't really in our room before that. The room was nice, we got a complimentary upgrade. It was really big, and the bed was king size. Everything was very clean. The staff was great. I really don't have anything negative to say about the hotel. It is not as big as some of the others (MGM, Ceasars), but it was just right. I never once felt lost. Once you get the layout of the casino, you are good. Now, I have been to Vegas before and stayed at the Mandalay Bay (that hotel was awesome too), but for this price this hotel is one of my favorites. The location on the strip was pretty good too. I would definitely stay here again!!

It's not the best hotel in Las Vegas, but it's got a huge charm. Some of the rooms look oldy, but I switched the room after first night into better one...
Casino is not the huge one, but it's nice and you can have fun pretty much. Bakeries and bars are just fine...We liked our stay there very much. But, if you are looking for some kind of luxury and have a good deal there, go to Wynn or Encore...
Roller coaster, pretzels and cinnemon rolls are great...

I booked two rooms for 2 nights at the NY NY hotel and casino. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 25 bday. The front desk was very nice, we had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned - but they offered us drink vouchers and upgraded our rooms. The best part was that we didnt need to leave the casino - we were 8 of us - and everybody wanted different things/bars/clubs/slot machines - all located under the same roof.

NYNY is the perfect place for Las Vegas style partying!

So I stayed at NY NY May 31st to June 4 and I have to say that this place was awesome. Customer Service was OK, Ive had better. Check- In took about 10min and the front desk clerk was very helpful and efficiant. She gave us a map and told us where everything was. This was my 3rd trip to Las Vegas and I have stayed at Bellagio and Ceasars Palace so I know luxury. I stayed in a Park Avenue Deluxe Strip View room and It was just like the pictures. Very updated and just enough space. We did have a mini fridge in the bathroom and that is one thing that most people said this hotel did not have. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The casino area is very large and there is so much to see and it can get a bit confusing. But if you follow the signs you will always find what you need. The few places that we did eat were very good. Drinks come very slow when your gambling, I was only asked if I wanted a drink about 3 times my entire stay. The pool is small but there was an abundance of lounge chairs, and if you get out there early enough and try and get a spot on the side of pool opposite of the bar you get great sun around 11am while many other areas get little to no sun. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. Im planning on staying here again in the next few months. It was completly worth the money that I spent. I hope this is helpful to anybody looking for a cheap, but nice and fun place to stay.
