my husband and i stayed at ny-ny in the summer when it is incredibly hot -we were reminded of this heat everytime we were in our room because the air conditioner was not working. we asked to be switched to another room the next day. the airconditioner was great in the second room but the bathtub drain was clogged so everytime we showered the tub would fill up to above our ankles. at night we would wake up to sounds of loud visitors running up and down the hall, banging doors and visiting their friends in other rooms. if we could have moved hotels we would have. unfortunately, we booked through a package deal and were stuck there for our entire stay. our experience at ny-ny was so unsatisfactory we may never go back to las vegas again!

After a long drive from LA it was nice to see the bright lights of LV on the horizon, and it was also nice to have plenty of parking spaces on the same level as the hotel entrance! Thought it was a bit odd having to walk through the casino with cases but all the same it meant that you couldn't wait to get stuck into them slot machines! The check-in was fast, was a bit taken back when she gave me a map on how to get to the lifts! The walk from lifts to room was long but I didn't mind. The room was spacey with everything you needed to make you feel comfortable, the jacuzzi in the room was great and you couldn't hear a thing from rooms on either side meaning you can use the jacuzzi at 3am if you wanted to (we did!). If your like me and base a hotel on the bathroom, then dont worry this bathroom was great, clean and spacious. We had a great view on the strip & rollercoster, was especially great at night when all the lights were on and the bed was so comfortable. The casino its self was a good size, very well laid with all the shops restaurants and bars you didn't really have to go out at all. All in all I have no complaints about this hotel, it was a great two days in Vegas.

We just returned from Vegas, Jan. 21- 24, and we loved New York New York Hotel. The casino is different than all the others, you can only see so many slot machines. The food was good at all the restaurants. Although the bars, big apple and times square, weren't for 20- year olds, mostly older crowds in there. And expensive, only get free drinks while playing the nickel slots. And use a concierge service such as vegashotspots.com. They get you into any club with cover included as well as lime transportation. They can also get you into a vip section at any club of your choice. Really recommend Rain and ghostbar.

We stayed in New York New York hotel bcos they were offering 2 SPA tickets. When we went to the SPA, it is nothing more then bunch of bathrooms. I was so shocked after seeing the SPA. How difficult is that to maintain a SPA?
There is a small souna, 2 bathroom and a sitting room...thats it. Sinks were not clean at all.
I guess they had one SPA and they built a wall to seprate them between men and women. So both SPA has differnt things. I guess thats why they do not have a picture of their SPA on any website.
Anyways...it SUCKS....if anybody is looking for staying in New York New York bcos they are offering 2 SPA (worth of 40$?????) you better change your mind.
