This was our first trip to Vegas. This hotel was so attractive. Felt like we were on a Disney themed property. Ck.- in was easy. Walk to elevator was long, but if you follow the outline on floor (like a sidewalk), you will not get lost. We had spacious jacuzzi suite and was done up in art deco style...not fancy but nice and very comfortable bed. No noise at all between walls. Bathroom was all marble in black, beige and white. Roller coaster outside was not bothersome at all. We loved the atmosphere at this hotel. Casino on ground floor has 3 story ceilings and you feel like you are in Central Park, with glittering trees all around you...very little smoke and not claustrophobic at all.
Noise factor was very low too. Restaurant food was very good. It was hard to decide where to eat. We saw the Zumanity Show one night and it was just fantastic. I liked the fact that you could step outside and take sky bridge over to MGM Hotel very easily. We ate buffet breakfast over there, since NYNY does not have a buffet. I think NYNY is a great hotel for younger people...has great night life and has great urban feel. Seniors will find lobby confusing when tryting to get to elevators and rooms. It can be a long walk from your elevator to your room in many cases. Other than that, I would recommend it to any one.
Great experience.
