I stayed at the MGM Grand in April 2004 and was very disappointed. We had to come back to the hotel because our room wasn't ready. Then when we did get our room. It still wasn't clean, the bed wasn't even made and there were glasses still in the room. So we called back down to the front desk and they moved us again. The room was very plain and we had a horrible view. I would not stay at this hotel again.

3 of us stay at MGM from 12/23 - 12/24. It was only for one night. I found the deal from the internet that said, stay at MGM you will get $35 credit dining, by one get one free spa, admitted free for studio 54 and $10 play money. The only advantage we could use is dining credit. The studio 54 was never open. The player money, you have to gamble over $1200 in order to get $10. We just did not go for the Spa. So it was kind of tricky especially the studio 54.

Stayed at the MGM Dec 29-31. Check in easy but didn't really care for two items: reservations requested $200 deposit that was automatically billed to cc for deposit PLUS promotion items weren't in "coupon form" but deducted from this deposit and then reimbursed. No mention of promotion at check-in also - later went back to concierge who gave me a small advertisement which listed items - thought all was very odd esp. in comparison to other hotels on strip. Other than that, deluxe tower room was nicely appointed. Nice size br and bath, nice decor, clean, comfortable. Breakfast room service quick and very good.

I stayed here for one night while the Flamingo were sorting out the problems with the visrus outbreak back in October. Having stayed in 4 other hotels on the strip over the last 3 years, i can honestly say it was y far the best of them all.

To rooms are very spacious, clean and tastfully decorated. The customer service was impeccable, all my requirements were dealt with the up most care and attention.

I am visitng LV again next week and emailed MGM to arrange a meal / clubbing night and they could not have been more helpful..replying to emails next day...i thought this kind of treatment was reserved for the big rollers!

If i hadnt already book into TI for my trip next week, i would have booked here, in fact i intend to stay here for my next trip in Oct.
