Located kitty-corner to the Stratosphere, the Fun CIty Motel was a cheap alternative when we decided that we were just too cheap to pay 119 dollars for a suite (looking back, that was a great deal). However, Fun City offered us all the luxury of a 30 year old motel right on the strip. The price was right, the room was dank and the carpet was crunchy (due I'm sure to the constant cleaning). We didn't feel threatened, but we did take pictures of our ski gear before we headed out for the night... just in case. As always, use good judgement when you get there.
