The Hotel was lovely. From the moment we arrived the staff were very polite and helpful. We booked a Classic Room on the Hotel's website and got a fantastic price on a promotion for $390 for 3 nights which was a bargain. When we arrived we were offered to upgrade to the Augustus Tower for $60 a night plus tax but although we felt that this was a good price we decided to just stick with the room we booked.

Our room was in the Roman Tower. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious with a jet spa in our room. The décor was a bit outdated but it wasn’t really a problem for us. The bathroom was very nice (see the photos attached ). The only bad point about the room was that it was a bit noisy at night due to the elevators and that the rooms aren't very sound proof as sometimes you can hear the people in the next room. However I do feel that this was because we stayed in the older part of the Hotel and had we stayed in the Augustus tower it probably wouldn't have been a problem. The Hotel is in a great central Location with Bellagio being right next to it. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and lots of shops in the Caesars Palace Forum.

For all you football fans Caesars Palace is one of the only Hotels that has the Fox Sports Soccer Channel in your room which shows premiership football matches and sometimes the Sky Sports News Channel.

Overall the Hotel was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it.

I got this room for $180/night. It was a good deal at that price - I would not pay full price for this room.

After landing at McCarran I was able to take advantage of airport check in which was very convenient. At Caesar’s it was nice to be able to head straight to our room – Palace Tower 2418 (non-smoking floor). I notice on our way to our elevator how clean the property is. Room itself quite nice. It is clean, spacious, with a pleasing color scheme. It is understated, which is a nice contrast to the chaos downstairs. Bathroom huge and lovely. Tub with spa jest big enough for 2 a nice extra. Excellent water pressure all week. Quietest room I’ve every stayed in. Did not hear other guests, plumbing sounds, housekeeping, or doors slamming my entire stay. Bed was very comfortable, air-condition unit worked well. As a rule we leave the DND sign on all the time, and just call for housekeeping services when we want them. Each time we called our room was cleaned thoroughly and promptly. Bad cell signal the entire trip though (had to use my phone out by the pool). But my Sprint card (wireless internet access for laptop) worked fine.

  • Liked — Nice large room.
  • Disliked — Palace Tower is close to the pool, and far away from everything else.

I booked the Qua Spa package for Nascar Weekend March 10th and 11th for only $220 a night in the Augustus Tower. We checked in at the airport at 2:40 pm on a Saturday afternoon and only had to wait about 5 minutes. I asked for a non-smoking room and the clerk made a quick phone call to the hotel and a minute later told me that we had been upgraded to a Petite Suite.
Room 3993 is a corner room at the south-west corner of the tower. There are windows on two sides of the room. One window had a view of the Bellagio fountains and Paris while the other had a view of the Rio and the Caesars pools. The room looks just like the standard Augustus Tower room but was a little wider and had a much longer entryway. I would guess that the room was about 700 square feet. The decor was very tasteful, with subtle Caesars touches including "X" shaped lamps and photographs of Roman statues. I was very impressed with the color scheme: chocolate browns, creamy white, light slate, and yellow-green, it sounds like it wouldn't work but it does. The bathroom is very spacious, with a wonderful jetted Spa Tub (which is standard in the Augustus Tower) that was very deep and fit both of us with room to spare.
Turn down service was a no show the first night but came on the second night, leaving coin chocolates on the nightstand. We could have used an extra towel or two (had to reuse our towels since we took a shower and used the Spa Tub) and I noticed that a glass I used to drink an antacid still had some white film left on it after housekeeping had cleaned it. Otherwise they did a decent job.
Caesars Palace is an impressive property with a wide variety of nightlife, bars, casinos, and restaurants to chose from. We were able to grab a quick bite at the Cypress Street food court for less than 10 bucks but also got to have a really nice meal at Mesa Grill. The pool area is beautiful, both adults and children alike appeared to be enjoying the pools. There is a secluded adult pool as well but we didn't get a chance to check it out. We were disappointed in the drinks we got at Shadow Bar (not a lot of alcohol in them) but had some really good ones at the Seahorse Bar.
I would definately return to the Augustus Tower and I would rate it 41/2 stars if I could. The service isn't nearly as good as that provided by Wynn Tower Suites but it definately exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed in the Augustus tower at Caesar's Palace. This is the newly renovated tower and you can really tell. The room was beautiful. Very modern with a great bathroom. Huge tub that can easily fit two people.
I had friends that stayed in another room in another tower. Although their room was massive with separate bedroom from the living area, complete with baby grand piano,.... it was not as nice as our smaller room. It was dated and well used with no view. Our room in the Augustus tower had a breathtaking view of the Bellagio fountain.
Ate at Wolfgang Puck's Chinios which was awesome and Spago which I felt was overrated. Although I had a reservation we had to wait for 25 minutes at a crowded bar that had no seats. No complementary drink due to the wait. Food was mediocre. Service was dull.
Overall Caesar's palace rocked and I would go back but I would be sure to stay in the Augustus tower with a view!

First time in Las Vegas and the best thing about it was the hotel.

In hindsight we should have used the check in facility at the airport where there were only about half a dozen people in the queue. When we got to Caesars Palace we had to wait in a long queue for about 30 minutes.

After quite a long walk with our luggage we got to our room on the 22nd floor of the Palace tower and to be fair we were not disappointed by the room. Big comfortable bed, flat screen tv, jacuzzi bath and all the usual facilities like a safe, iron, etc.

The swimming pools are no doubt one of the hotels best features and beautifully designed. Even if you're a non swimmer it's a lovely place to sit and relax, particularly in the mornings.

The hotel is designed so as you need never leave the building during your stay as everything you need is contained within it's walls. Excellent choice of shopping, dining and of course, gambling.

One thing I did find very off-putting was the arrival of the weekenders to the complex. I'm by no means a snob but late night Friday/Saturday I felt the areas around the bars became quite sleazy but from what I can gather, this is a common theme across the whole of Las Vegas on the weekends.

I would use this hotel again.
