I found blood on my sheets after I had slept on them for 2 days. They acted like it was my fault and took a long time to come and replace them. I could tell that it was tried to be washed off.

NEVER STAY HERE again!!!!

10+ visits to Vegas, 1st stay at Caesars. Room we booked was not available at check-in, given best available at reduced rate and moved to better room for second night. As the second night wore on, I started feeling bad. By the time I made it back to the room, I was not able to leave the toilet (not a drinker btw). By the next morning my wife was woried and threatened to cal EMS. She agreed to look elsewhere and found "In Room Doctor". Dr. arrived and advised we most likely got it from the room(s). I say we because, yes the wife got it as well. $2000.00 later, we were able to leave the room for the airport. Good thing I had hit a couple of jack pots prior to near death experience. I can't say for sure the hotel was to blame, but all we were offered even after complete explanation to guest relations, was late check out. Not a clean freak, but we carry sanitizer wipes and gel when we travel now.
Still get queasy when I walk by there!

This was our first trip to Caesars Palace. We had 3 nights comped in the Forum Tower. When checking in, told the woman it was our 15th anniversary and she upgraded us to the Palace Tower when she found out my wife liked the pool. The room was the nicest non suite room we have stayed in before in Las Vegas. I enjoyed how quiet it was in the pool area, not a lot of kids like you get at some of the other hotels. The casino was even quiet, which actually was quite nice. The food is very expensive there so we ate elsewhere. We will definitely be returning next year to Caesars Palace.

We arrived at the hotel at 1530hrs local.Having travel there with Virgin Atlantic where we received excellent service. Because my wife uses a wheelchair I emailed the hotel in advance to explain that we were travelling with our daughter and son-in law and because of the wheelchair and the help needed from them I asked if our rooms could be close, at least on the same floor. On arrival we again requested this. After a lot of them trying to get us to pay for an upgrade they said they had two rooms for us but one was not made up but would be done soon. We waited an hour and checked...still not made up. We went to eat and arrived back at 2000hrs still no room. After much talk with every one blaming every one else they agreed to give us another room in a different block. We said we still required the room and they agreed that it would be ready for us next day.
After a long trip and being very tired this was the last thing we expected on arrival at a high cost hotel. We were not alone other people were in the same situation and were bitterly complaining. The service through out the whole hotel was very poor unless you were spending. But we explained that we had spent a lot with the price we paid to stop there. The Buffet here is possible the worst on the Strip and high priced to boot. We ate at The Luxor which we highly recommend.
