After booking our trip we were a little worried following some of the recent traveler reviews.... we booked a classic room and upon arrival (and only waiting for 2 minutes to get checked in) we got a recently refurbished Forum Tower room!!! The room was great, although the view of the back of the Colosseum wasn't anything to write home about...

The pool area was a little more crowded than our last visit thanks to the construction work, that said we always managed to find 2 beds next to each other on the six occassions that we visited at various times of day!!! The waitress service was friendly, efficient and plentiful.......

We ate a couple of times at the new offering Serendipity 3, which had a good menu and lovely food...

Our only real constructive observation is on the table play, which could certainly have benefited from some lower minimums throughout our stay, which lead us to play mainly in other locations.

Overall.....Hail Caesar...Emperor of the Strip...we would definitely stay here again...especially when the new pool area is finished....

Caesers was a great place. They made a few mistakes, but quickly recovered. I would highly reccommend anyone looking to go to Vegas to stay here. It ain't cheap, but if you want cheap, go somewhere else. First class in everything they did or tried to do.

My husband and I come to Vegas on a regular basis and have stayed at Caesars a couple of times prior to this trip. Once again, we were not disappointed. We had booked a deluxe room for 4 nights and were supposed to be in the Palace/Augustus Tower. Upon check-in, my husband presented the very friendly desk clerk with his drivers license anda twenty dollar bill and asked if any complimentary upgrades were available (we had never tried this before but had read a lot about it lately on various web sites). Amazingly enough, there were no more deluxe rooms available and we were upgraded to a Forum Tower Royal Suite! The room was unbelievable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the ameneties offed at the hotel are top notch! After staying in such surroundings, it's hard to come back to the real world. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Ceasars again!!!!!

Well, me and my hb booked in one of their Roman Tower rooms.... Big dissappointment..very old and the aircon was scary..It had a loud sound during the night..did not sleep well. Furthermore, the tv armoire was not positioned well..we could see all the wirings on the back and almost blocking the bathroom door... So, we called their customer service to fix it but they just told us that it was really ike that...They did not even bother to check the room...

Also, they double-charged my credit card..They charged me when I booked it and when we checked in they charged me again..of the cost plus $100 dollars for incidental exp...
we complained after learning it...the customer service was not friendly..my hb has to shout on them just to listen to our complain...but until now they haven't credited back my credit card...

It was not worth it for the price and for the hassle...we will never stay on this hotel anymore...shame on them!!!!

We had a party of 5 and 3 had never been to Vegas before. I wanted to make sure that they enjoy everything Vegas has to offer so I booked Caesars Palace. I like the location, center of strip, and the price was reasonable.
I booked the trip through Expedia and originally had rooms in the Classic Towers. After reading reviews on tripadvisor, I knew that it would be wise to upgrade. Upon arrival I requested an upgrade and we were put in the Palace Towers(with tip only). The difference was like night and day. The rooms in the Palace Towers are fantastic and very comfortable. Our view was over looking the pool and it was good, even with construction. To me the construction is part of progress, so you just have to deal with alittle inconvience.
The food and drink by the pool was somewhat expensive but it is the same wherever you stay on the strip. You do have to get out there fairly early because they will run out of chairs as the day goes on! Once construction ends there will be alot more room.
The casino could have been laid out better, but once you get familiarized, it gets easier to navigate. It would also be better to have some lower minimums on some tables.
Every kind of restaurant is available. Shop-a-holics would also feel right at home. You don't ever have to leave this hotel if you don't want to.
Everybody loved Caesars and would come back anytime!
