Well, me and my hb booked in one of their Roman Tower rooms.... Big dissappointment..very old and the aircon was scary..It had a loud sound during the night..did not sleep well. Furthermore, the tv armoire was not positioned well..we could see all the wirings on the back and almost blocking the bathroom door... So, we called their customer service to fix it but they just told us that it was really ike that...They did not even bother to check the room...

Also, they double-charged my credit card..They charged me when I booked it and when we checked in they charged me again..of the cost plus $100 dollars for incidental exp...
we complained after learning it...the customer service was not friendly..my hb has to shout on them just to listen to our complain...but until now they haven't credited back my credit card...

It was not worth it for the price and for the hassle...we will never stay on this hotel anymore...shame on them!!!!

We had a party of 5 and 3 had never been to Vegas before. I wanted to make sure that they enjoy everything Vegas has to offer so I booked Caesars Palace. I like the location, center of strip, and the price was reasonable.
I booked the trip through Expedia and originally had rooms in the Classic Towers. After reading reviews on tripadvisor, I knew that it would be wise to upgrade. Upon arrival I requested an upgrade and we were put in the Palace Towers(with tip only). The difference was like night and day. The rooms in the Palace Towers are fantastic and very comfortable. Our view was over looking the pool and it was good, even with construction. To me the construction is part of progress, so you just have to deal with alittle inconvience.
The food and drink by the pool was somewhat expensive but it is the same wherever you stay on the strip. You do have to get out there fairly early because they will run out of chairs as the day goes on! Once construction ends there will be alot more room.
The casino could have been laid out better, but once you get familiarized, it gets easier to navigate. It would also be better to have some lower minimums on some tables.
Every kind of restaurant is available. Shop-a-holics would also feel right at home. You don't ever have to leave this hotel if you don't want to.
Everybody loved Caesars and would come back anytime!

I have travelled to Vegas a number of times for leisure and business, I have stayed in Caesars palace in 2007 and had a wonderful time.

On this occasion I went with my husband and parents, brother and family and said that Ceasars had been a really nice place to stay so we all booked in!

The location of Caesars is ideal, right in the middle of the strip. The only negative point is that if you have problems with walking it does not have a sky train station, however there is one about 15mins walk away.

The reception was busy as Vegas always is however there were only two people checking in at 1700. We booked the three rooms together and asked for them to be on the same floor, however the reception said they were unable to do this. We took a room on the floor below. Once at the rooms none of our card keys worked and we had to take them all back to reception to be re-programmed.

The rooms themselves were a nice size and had everything you could need. However all our rooms had little problems. We had no batteries in our remote, no robes and no shower gel. My parents room had no slippers, three of the spotlights in bathroom out of order. My brothers had no toiletries and no toilet roll. The rooms were however clean.

As the week went we had to ask reception for toiletries when we needed them, rather than them just being replaced by house keeping.

It is not the cheapest hotel, but was still a mid-range and from previous stays I expected so much more!!

The hotel buffet breakfast was probably the worst meal we had in Vegas. We arrived at 0900 to find tables as far as the eye could see of dirty crockery. Adventurely after the table had been cleared around us we ordered our coffee and juice. The coffee was warm and with no sugar on the table we took a bowl from another empty table as there were no servers around to ask. When one of the servers did arrive they told us those sugars were not for us and we would have to find our own server to get sugar! When we went up for food there was little left, and it was all cold and not particularly nice!

We did not return to the Ceasars Buffet, instead we walked up to Treasure Island which was a pleasant stroll at that time of the morning.

I am coming back to Vegas next month and staying at Treasure Island which I much prefer!

All in all I was so disappointed with what use to be a truely fabulous hotel!!!

This was our first stay at Ceasars Palace. We usually vacation in Las vegas twice a year and have stayed at several other strip hotels. This was one of the best vacations we have had in Las Vegas. We checked in on June 10th around 7:30pm. The room was not available due to issues with the room key computer system not working. The front desk personnel were so sweet and apologetic. They offered to assign the room and have security meet us at the assigned room in 30 minutes. We chose to wait it out and enjoy the exciting atmosphere. In around 15 minutes we were told the system was working and we were assigned a beautiful room in the Augustus Tower. The beds were so comfortable and the strip view was amazing! We both had great luck on the slot machines (my husband enjoyed the craps table) the drink service was quick and friendly. We cannot say enough about the friendly staff we encountered. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again in July to celebrate my birthday!

After reading all the reviews on here i must admit i was worried about getting a bad room! When we arrived we just asked for an upgrade- we said that we had heard the rumours about the mouldy old rooms on the internet in the roman tower & they upgraded us for free- we did tip her $20, but even still if you don't ask you don't get!
We had the most amazing time, this hotel is the biggest & best on the strip, fab staff, casinos, restaurants, pools- even towels & neccesity shops were all really fab- it is much cheaper to get beers/drinks from the little shops than it is off the pool staff/pool bar?
If you tip (it doesn't have to be loads a dollar a time) the waitresses etc will be very helpful.
There is soooooooo much to do in this hotel & this whole place (we did grand canyon sunset helicopter tour-it was amazing!!!)
You will not be dissapointed- our room was out of this world a view of the bellagio fountains, huge bed, LCD TV ,table & chairs, a settee- massive bathroom, double sinks, jet bath, huge walk in shower with LCD TV in bathroom- storage was amazing the whole room was soooooo fantastic! We stayed in the augustus tower!!
