Lived in Vegas during the mid 1990's and thought CP was an old school dump then. Just returned from a 5 night business trip (50% work and 50% play) and found the updated CP to be outstanding in every way. Paid for an upgrade to the Palace Tower on check-in (at the airport) and was very pleased with the large room given. Staff, food, facilities, and pool are pure quality. From a person who stays in hotels 4-5 nights a week, this joint is a now a winner.

This was our sixth visit to vegas in four years - we love it. We have tried to visit a different hotel on each occasion. We stayed at Ceasars from 5th- 12 the August and found it a wonderful experience.

After reading some of the comments on this site I was concerned that we would find the staff, aloof/ unhelpful but we were more than happy with the service we received, and the room and facilities were superb.
On booking in we were offered an upgrade to a suite which our budget wouldnt stretch to, however our receptionist kept looking and found us a mini suite that we could afford, so we accepted the offer and were not at all disappointed, in fact we couldnt take the grins off our faces for days.

The pool areas were clean, quiet and relaxing and unlike most of the hotels weve stayed in the room was so quiet we could have heard a pin drop ( and this room was next to a lift)

We also splashed out to see Elton John (even though hes much cheaper to see in UK) and again the experience was an unforgetable one. The show was simply fabulous - where else could you see people dance on the stage with Elton still playing his piano? The show is must to see!!!

Stayed at Caesars Palace in Vegas for 3 nights at the Palace Towers. Not sure what "the complainers" are talking about as we (2 couples) had a terrific time and were well treated. Not quite the panache of the Bellagio but more fun, exciting, and sexier than its neighbor. Palace Tower room was terrific, casino personnel were fine-my only complaint as a black jack player is the different rules at the lower stakes tables as the dealer must hit on a soft 17 (house edge)- house stays on a soft 17 at the higher limit tables. Pool areas were fun and not crowded-nice not having too many little kids around. Lots of well dressed, in shape couples in the 30-55 range. Will stay there again.

Just returned from a fabulous week at Caesars, could not fault our Palace Tower Room which was a suite type with sofa , massive whirlpool bath and great views of the pool area, housekeeping was impeccable with no complaints , in fact one day we accidentally left our do not disturb sign on our door so naturally our room was not made up, after another long day of walking and taking in the sights, a quick call to housekeeping sent thought's of "how long will this take " but guess what... there was a friendly chatty maid within 5 minutes completely refreshing the room and changing bedding etc.Checked out all the other hotel pools and found that none compare to Caesars (in fact it gets regular awards for best Vegas pool) .Raymond and the gang at Slices bar are a great bunch real friendly genuine bartenders...check out the long island iced tea...lethal .You can also charge drinks, meals etc while your at their other properties such as the Flamingo and Bally's which helps in keeping you away from the ATM'S.No complaints whatsover from me and my wife on Caesars ,loved every awae inspiring minute ..cant wait for las vegas vacation 2 when funds allow ...ps winning $800 dollars on the slots was certainly the icing on the cake . pps ...I think a smile and a thankyou and a tip when deserved to all hotel and casino staff pays dividends ,we saw and heard so many rude abrupt americans talking to staff like they were slaves ! Caesars is number 1 for me .

Just returned from a 3 night stay and had a great time! We've stayed at other hotels in Vegas before (MGM, Paris, TI, Luxor) and wanted to try Caesars this time. First of all, I wouldn't come and stay here if I had my son with us. (there's no arcade, pool doesn't have anything "fancy" going on for it). IMO, other hotels are better if you are bringing kids. But for us grownups, the pool was heaven to lounge by in the 111 degree sun. No problem finding lounges, etc. The whole hotel was not crowded this week at all. Non exsistent lines at check-ins, table games, and restaurants. Stayed in the Centurion Tower in a refurbished room. Did hate the fact that there was no fridge in the room, no ice available on the hotel floor and only 1 mirror in the room (over the vanity). Good location though. Got the layout of the hotel down very quickly and never felt lost or that I was walking football field lengths. We liked the buffet in the cafe. Had dinner there and really enjoyed all the entrees. Was it a big, giant impressive thing of beauty? No, but at 10PM for dinner for $20 is was just fine. This hotel has a great location and all of the employees we encountered were courteous and very helpful. Would we stay there again? Probably. Not because of anything negative, only because we like to experience different hotels and definitely not with our son.
