We stayed at Caesars Palace for 10 nights at the beginning of March. I've never been to Vegas before, but my partner had, he choose this hotel as it has a central location.
Upon arrival we checked straight in (they even opened up a new check in desk so we didn't have to wait) we were upgraded to a fabulous room in the Augustus Tower on the 44th Floor overlooking the Bellagio fountains which was amazing. The room was excellent, very clean and the huge spa bath and TV in the bathroom were pure bliss! I can't recommend Caesars enough; we didn't really do too much gambling, but enjoy a little go on the slots. The forum shops were excellent and there was a fantastic deli that we enjoyed eating at.
We took a taxi out to the two outlet centres (one by McCarran Airport the other near Fremont Street) which were excellent and we go lots of bargains. I would also recommend visiting Fremont Street the light show was excellent.
I loved Vegas so much I can't wait to go back and highly recommend Caesars because it is such a fantastic hotel coupled with its central location on the strip.

My husband found us a great deal at Caesars Palace and booked immediately. Our weekend stay was fantastic! I can't remember what tower we stayed in, but our room was highly favorable. The room was large, spotless, quiet, tastefully furnished, exceptional view of the strip and substantial sized bathroom. We had one minor problem which was fixed within 15 minutes. Incredible service for an immense hotel.

First time visit to Las Vegas. Got a good deal thru Travelocity with free upgrade on check in. Had a great room in the Augustus Tower. Large, clean, fab bathroom with jacuzzi and huge shower. 2 flat screen TV's, decent strip view. And it was quiet!
Two minor issues in the room that were handled immediately. It was amazing that the service could be so attentive in such a mammoth place. That really is the only drawback, the place is ginormous! But so beautiful and the location was superb. We had an amazing time at Caesar's and would highly recommend it.

“Nice Deluxe Room”

Caesars Palace

Two forty something parents and 17 year old daughter stayed in a "deluxe Palace Tower" room on the 5th floor. It was a large room with two queen beds and a view of the roof. The view didn't take away from the fab room. Room had mini bar and flat screen tv with some nice cabinetry The bathroom area was HUGE and included nice toiletries and was very pretty. There are two separate areas separated by a walk in double shower that connects the bathrooms. One bathroom has a vanity area and a toilet. The other bathroom has that and a bidet and jetted tub. The only thing about the bathroom set up is that if you are sharing the room with anybody other than close family members the shower layout may be a problem. The shower is part of both rooms and has glass doors and that makes the shower and bath not private.
We would book this room again in a heartbeat.
Casino was okay and one of the bars we stopped in had terrible service. (Hey, $15 drinks deserve better!) The sportsbook area was really nice.
Food court area was better than average.

I wanted to express my disappointment of my stay at Caesars this past weekend. I had upgraded my room to the Augustus Tower and upon checking in was told that I was going to the Palace Tower. When I questioned this I was told that it was the same thing. I had my confirmation email which indicated the Augustus Tower explicitly but I was still redirected. When I went looking for the Palace Tower, as the registration Desk sent me on a goose chase, I found a cleaning woman who could speak no english. Needless to say, I had to search for my room alone. I arrived at my room (FINALLY) and noticed that the carpet had not been cleaned, the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were half full (I assume from the previous occupants), and the beds had obviously not been changed from the last occupants. This was noticed by the way that the sheets were pulled up and hanging unevenly (almost to the ground on one side) and the top of the beds were not made but were covered by a mountain of pillows. For the price of 440.00 per night I had expected more for my money and definetly more pride from Caesar's Palace. A disappointing stay, to say the least. PS DON'T TOUCH ( AND I DO MEAN TOUCH) ANYTHING ON THE MINI BAR OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR IT. I WAS TOLD THAT EVEN MOVING AN ITEM WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU WILL NEED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF AN ITEM IS EVEN TOUCHED. I REQUESTED THAT THE MINI BAR BE REMOVED AND WAS TOLD JUST TO DISPUTE IT AT THE END OF MY VISIT.
