I thought I wouldn't be too happy when I, a 15 year old was going to Las Vegas. I got there and was picked up by a limo, and everything in the hotel was fantastic. (watch Ocean's Eleven if you want to see the inside. Great hotel, except for the toiletries. I would go back anytime and there was a ton to do. The pool was one of the best parts.

Stayed from 4-6-04/4-11-04: Very nice hotel, surprised by the long lines for everything (not sure if it is a staffing issue or what). Make reservations for eating or you will waste alot of time in line.
Fountains were very nice. We went across the street to eat @PF Changs (cheaper and faster line). Nice casino and liked the security at the elevators. Highly suggest the express checkout. Did not have a room ready for us until 3PM. O yeah the power went out late Saturday night, including the phone lines. No wake up call. I am hoping they are going to make up for this in the future. Overall I would stay again, if the price was right (paid $159 a night). Bellman were fast and nice.
Beverage service was ok, they had more of the specialty drinks than other casinos. Alot of construction noise at the pool closest to the new tower (alot of drilling). Our room faced the pool, but we could not hear the noise from the room. Rooms were very nice and the bathroom was very nice (separate shower). "0" was great!!!!!

My family and I spent the first through the fourth of April in Las Vegas, and after staying in the Bellagio, I have vowed to never stay at another hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel was breathtaking, the service was wonderful and the casino is the most beautiful in Vegas. From the moment we arrived at the door via the Limo the Bellagio comped for us, for being part of the VIP service plan, every staff member we were assisted by knew our names. We were taken into the VIP checkin lounge where there were fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate and a full bar.
We hadn't even made it up to the room yet and were already having a great time. Our bellman escorted us up to our penthouse suite, where we were given the full tour of the beautiful room. He was very polite and happy to answer any of our questions about the technologically advanced room. We dined at Picasso's which, was an experience in itself. our table was perched on the fountain display, so every fifteen minutes of our meal we were treated to the signature performance of Bellagio.
Picasso's was pricey, and the food was French and Spanish inspired. I am glad we went, however, it is doubtful that we will ever return. I was disappointed that our room did not have a fountain view, and disappointed that some spa services were not available due to construction. However, the Bellagio truly lived up to all the expectations I had, and exceeded some. I have stayed in many five star hotels throughout the country, and the Bellagio is among the top three I have had the chance to experience. This hotel is everything I heard it would be. The Cirque Du Soleil "O" was absolutely unbelievable. The hotel reserves the best seats in the theatre for thier guests. Our seats were six rows back, but I would reccommend ten rows back, simply because the stage is huge, and its hard to take it all in from such close proximity. In sum, this discriminating guest has no complaints whatsoever about the Bellagio, in fact, nothing but praise. I can honestly say this was an amazing hotel experience in a city which too often fails to pay attention to the small details- something Bellagio definitely does not fail to do. Highly reccommended.

I went to the Bellagio March 31 through April 2 and had a fabulous time. We were originally going to stay in a suite at a nearby hotel off the strip, but decided we didn't want to drive every day. we called Bellagio and got very friendly service and a great deal on a room overlooking the strip. The hotel was very well ventalated and there was beautiful decor and great resturants at every turn. It was my first time to Vegas and i had a fabulous time. Note: You good see construction from the pool but you couldn't hear it and it didn,t effect the pool going experience.

Recently stayed at Bellago 3-17 to 20. Hotel property structure is 5 star quality. Room (non water show view) was very nice and housekeeping was very good.Rest of experience at the Bellagio was poor. Felt like a number and really disappointed with the service including the number of waitresses on the casino floor, their recordkeeping for MGM Players club and an unresolved food issue at one of the restaurants. Also would mention construction at pool made everyone jam together - barely room to get out of your chaise at the pool. All food and drink are ridicuously overpriced. How about waiting in line for 15 minutes to get an espresso drink at the only location on property and then spending $5 + a drink. In the end, tried to fill out a guest survey and was told not available - big surprise. Did send feedback and they offered to do something on a future visit - we won't be back.My advice - stay elsewhere and go there to see the Chihuly glass, etc. and to attend the Cirque "o" show.
