It was my seventh visit to Vegas, We stayed in one of the upper class suits paying the full amount of $500+ a Night. While we were going back to take the elevators to our room a security personal asked us rudly for our room key and we showed him, having no problem with it. While we were walking toward the elevator he throws a big insulting comment " go on now" in a bad manner. We went back to him and asked him for what he said and denied saying anything. We asked him for his full name and he replied: "non of your bussines".. We went to the manager complainig about the rudness of the satff and they sent us the head of the security department to our room to file the incedence. Anyways after that we didn't get even a call from anybody apologizing to what had occured..!! I am sure its because of our young ages (22 years old) that they didn't even bother to pick up the phone or send a sorry note.!!!!!!The concierge was rude too..!! and could not offer us any help with no show reservations nor even resturant reservations..!!!!!
Am sure if you stay in the st regis in los angeles, the concierge would be able to get you the best table in any resturant you desire with the shortest time notice.I dont rate the hotel for the luxerious room, I rate it depending on the services they provide to costumers specially if they are staying in an upscale room. The Bellagio is suppose to be a 5 star hotel, However if you stay at the Ritz or the four seasons you would know what am talking about..!! They would do anything to get you the service you request.!!
