Never again!!! First of all the room was not all that. Not to mention, if more than one person sits at the foot of the bed, the mattress will indeed lift at the top, and possibly dump you off. The lighting in the room was poor. The Planet Dailies restaurant customer service was absurd. The waiter bought back the wrong orders, not once, but three times, and blamed his incompetence on a hearing problem. When the manager was addressed, regarding this issue, instead of help the situation, he made it worst by making more excuses.
The front desk did not make our concerns any better. All they did was put the blame on each other. The poor customer service was a huge problem throughout our stay. Employees could benefit from customer service training. At the end of our stay, We waited forever to receive baggage assistance, and when they finally came out with our belongings, we had to load and unload our things on and off the carts, and into our cars, and the bellmen had the nerve to stand around waiting for a tip. I have no time to go into further detail, but when I got home, and contacted management, I was transferred from one person to the next. I left messages and no one ever returned any of my calls. Shows how much they care!!!!!!
I've stayed in almost every hotel on the Las Vegas strip (California resident), but have never experienced this type of service. I've been from 5 star (The Wynn) to 3 star (Excalibur), and this hotel was by far the worst. The customer service is so poor, I could careless about any thing else they had to offer. I would not stay here again, if given free rooms, and I like free stuff. The best thing this hotel has to offer is the accessibility to the mall. Go somewhere else!!!
