Stayed at Planet Hollywood for the Hatton fight, absolutely amazing is all I can say,the rooms were nice and clean and modern, all the staff nice and helpfull, huge building site across the road but you cant hear any of it.The casino floor was buzzing non stop, the heart bar in the middle of the casino is nice and relaxed, not that we were, the staff were all top and up for a giggle.Could do with the working girls being a bit more discreet, was ok with the lads but would'nt like to be there with the wife. That aside what a top place to stay, some of the other fellas in our party stayed at the Bellagio but loved PH more.

we just returned from 5 days in p h it was absolutely amazing. we had a fountain view room and to see the fountain go off at night from the room was amazing. everything about the hotel was great.would defo recomend this hotel. some people said this hotel was very noisy with the music we had no problems with this, you could still talk to each other without shouting. the casino was great too. hopefully if flights are still cheap next year we will be back.

We just got back from a long weekend stay at Planet Hollywood. We were there from 11/20-11/23 celebrating my wife's birthday. We have both traveled to Las Vegas many times before and decided to try out this relatively new property. It is safe to say we will be back! We loved everything about the place. The rooms are hip, the casino has great energy, the staff was friendly, and the location is fantastic. I strongly recommend you give this place a shot if you are traveling to Las Vegas any time soon!!!

  • Liked — It feels like LA inside. The energy is amazing!
  • Disliked — TV Channels sucked and were hard to navigate (but seriously, in Vegas who cares)?

Never again!!! First of all the room was not all that. Not to mention, if more than one person sits at the foot of the bed, the mattress will indeed lift at the top, and possibly dump you off. The lighting in the room was poor. The Planet Dailies restaurant customer service was absurd. The waiter bought back the wrong orders, not once, but three times, and blamed his incompetence on a hearing problem. When the manager was addressed, regarding this issue, instead of help the situation, he made it worst by making more excuses.

The front desk did not make our concerns any better. All they did was put the blame on each other. The poor customer service was a huge problem throughout our stay. Employees could benefit from customer service training. At the end of our stay, We waited forever to receive baggage assistance, and when they finally came out with our belongings, we had to load and unload our things on and off the carts, and into our cars, and the bellmen had the nerve to stand around waiting for a tip. I have no time to go into further detail, but when I got home, and contacted management, I was transferred from one person to the next. I left messages and no one ever returned any of my calls. Shows how much they care!!!!!!

I've stayed in almost every hotel on the Las Vegas strip (California resident), but have never experienced this type of service. I've been from 5 star (The Wynn) to 3 star (Excalibur), and this hotel was by far the worst. The customer service is so poor, I could careless about any thing else they had to offer. I would not stay here again, if given free rooms, and I like free stuff. The best thing this hotel has to offer is the accessibility to the mall. Go somewhere else!!!

I do not know where to begin:

1) Front desk staff are not your typical Vegas front desk staff. They are warm and friendly and treat customers like they are important. If you are a Starwood Preferred Member there is a good chance you will get upgraded. Where else can you do that at a nice hotel in Vegas!

2) The lobby and the casino are very hip. Definitely appeals to a younger crowd. If you like that sleek "W" kind of feel, you will enjoy the PH. They actually play great music in the casino as well!!!

3) I was upgraded into a really cool room with a great view! Bathroom was huge, very clean, separated, great tub, and shower with double vanity. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is great. Great linens, pillows, etc.

4) Good variety of restaraunts as well.

5) Great location in the middle of everything!

For some reason the hotel / casino was not as busy as it should have been. The PH doesn't seem to get as much business as some of the other major hotels. Not sure why, because this is really a hip hotel in a great location.
