My husband and I wanted to stay in Las Vegas for our eighth wedding anniversary, but we didn't know which hotel-casino to stay at. We figured we had such a wonderful time at Fitzgeralds in Tunica, Ms ( my husband called this his kingdom) Why not book a room at Fitzgeralds in Vegas! I am so happy we did. We had a great experience in Vegas thanks to Fitzgerald's and it's staff. They were so helpful and polite. Just wanted to say thanks!

“This is a great deal”

For the money, this place can't be beat! There were several things this hotel had that many don't : many of the rooms have great views of either the desert, the Strip, mountains or Fremont St; the parking garage is very convenient (but be careful to go slow when going in or out!!!! The turns are pretty tight.); the upstairs gambling is actually good so check it out; I loved the balcony at the upstairs bar; the pool is not the Flamingo but it's nicer than your routine hotel pool. We're staying again in March because it has all of these extra features.

“Great Service”

Fitzgeralds Casino & Hotel

My youngest just turned 21, so took the kids and their better halves away. We arrived a bit late, but had nothing but great service from start to finish. Freemont Street is fun, and the Deuce takes you to the center strip in about 10 minutes.

There were some elevator problems (two broken), but they sent staff to take guests on the Service elevators. The did their best.

Did well at tables and slots, rooms clean, and again the service was top notch.

This hotel was just average and some things about the room were below standards than what would be expected even at this price (55-60 dollars/night). First of all, the check in was not very smooth at all. They had a problem finding my reservation even though I had booked it 2 months in advance. It's a good thing I had the paperwork with me or I would have really been in trouble. The room overall was average at best but the biggest problem for me was in the bathroom. First, the towels were thin and small and it's a good thing I was staying by myself b/c it took at least two of them to dry me off (and I'm not that big a person). The shower took a while to get warmed up and was also not very clean looking. There were cracks in the walls and tub and the toilet didn't flush very well either. The bathroom's poor shape is what prevents me from recommending this place.

On a more positive note, the staffs and employees were especially nice and the buffet staff was extremely pleasant. I really liked the casino but the sportsbook was a bit of a disappointment. It's a good place to stay for the price but there are some hurdles you must overcome and look past. 2/5 stars

We stay at the Fitz every year around New Years. Our treatment gets better every year. Last year was exceptional.
