I arrived at the Four Seasons for a business trip. I ended up staying longer simply because I refused to leave! . . . I want to move in. From the moment you drive up to the valet, you know this is the ultimate customer service oriented establishment. Don't confuse the Four Seasons with the Mandalay Bay just because they occupy the same buildings. The entrance for the Four Seasons is on the other side of the complex, with their own entrance, valet, staff, express elevators, grounds, pools, etc. . . The rooms are not overly palacial. But, they are extremely comfortable and complete, down to the robes and slippers. My view of the strip, from the 38th floor (floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows), was the most incredible I have ever experienced in Vegas. Absolutely stunning. The location, the facilities, the service. . . unparalleled. I will never stay anywhere else in Las Vegas ever again. . . Pricey yes, but I'm worth it!

The first thought that I had when I arrived at the Four Seasons with my friends was that it's really nice not having to inhale cigarette smoke while checking into a hotel that you'll be spending quite a few dollars at. This had a great impression on me, and it set the tone for an impressive stay here.

The room was very nice, though it's nothing overly special. I would describe it as 'tastefully understated.' I wasn't knocked off my socks when I first entered the room, but over the course of weekend, I grew to appreciate the high quality of materials used in the room (crown moulding, cream-colored marble in the bathroom, nice carpet in the room).

Before I arrived, I called the concierge and she made dinner (Craftsteak and Picasso) and show (Avenue Q). Another concierge made nightlife arrangements for us. The concierge staff there is probably the best that I have ever dealt with.

My only complaint was with the weekend brunch. It took almost half-an-hour for us to get seated for brunch on Saturday, even though it didn't seem overly crowded. The quality of the food was high, but there wasn't much selection. Our room package included a daily credit, and in hindsight, I wish we had used the credit at Charlie Palmer's steakhouse. The staff, however, warmly showered us with 'thank yous' when we left, so that made up for the experience.

Although pricey, the Four Seasons provided the best experience in Las Vegas that I've ever had. No doubt, I will return.

This was our first visit to Four Seasons Las Vegas after having stayed at all the high end properties in Vegas (with the exception of Wynn) over the last few years. By far, this property has the best that Vegas can offer.

The rooms themselves were not as large or roomy as the Venetian or The Hotel at Mandalay Bay and the bathroom was also nicely put together but not outstanding. What sets this hotel apart are the facilities and the service. Since it occupies only the top four floors of Mandalay Bay, there is not a huge volume of guests that all the other mega-properties in Vegas must account for. Wherever we went, there seemed to be hotel staff who wanted to assist us.

We had breakfast as part of our package and the Verandah was a lovely way to start each day. The restaurant opens onto the pool deck amidst palm trees and a waterfall. The food was excellent. When you head out to the pool, a staff member meets you and sets up your chaise lounges with towels and a fresh picture of ice water. They constantly check up on you to freshen the pitcher or hand out fresh fruit, popsicles, clean your sunglasses or spritz you with fresh Evian water. My husband and I left the secluded (and gated) confines of the 4S pool to venture out to the Mandalay Bay facilities (as a 4S guest you are allowed access to everything at Mandalay, but not vice versa). We were immediately assailed with crowds, noise and general traffic. We couldn't run back to the peaceful pool at 4S fast enough!

It couldn't be easier to get to the Mandalay casino via a bank of elevators and a secured door that you must have a key to reenter.

It really was the best of both worlds - the excitement of the casino and general Vegas life mixed with the serenity of a well run Four Seasons. The only thing better was the spa at Mandalay Bay versus the spa at 4S. It is much, much larger and has the best facilities of any spa on the Strip IMHO (and I've tried them all!!).

From now on this will be our destination of choice in Vegas. We had a wonderful time!

We have stayed at Mandalay Bay and enjoyed the pool and atmosphere of the hotel. We were booked to stay there again the week before Easter. We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 10:00 which was great, but it turned out that the hotel was booked solid with multiple conventions in house and so the options on available views from the rooms was limited. They were extremely nice about letting us in almost 5 hours early and gave us the best view available, but it was mostly looking at the airport and partially looking at the pool, and there was a lot of noise from the airport. The view from the room also looked straight down at the Four Seasons private pool.......you can see where this is going.
Within 30 minutes we had been allowed to cancel our stay at Mandalay, move to the Four Seasons with a complimentary upgrade, no cancellation fee, and still get into our room over 4 hours early. The Four Seasons is a non-casino hotel (Mandalay Bay's is adjacent) so the difference in the noise and traffic level is dramatic. It was like walking into another world. There was no noise in the hallways, none in the room, you couldn't hear anything from the rooms on either side or above you. The room and the public spaces of the hotel are immaculate. The pool and the pool staff were amazing, exactly what you come to expect from Four Seasons and more! We really enjoyed being able to go to the Mandalay Beach when we felt like dealing with the crowd, but not having to worry about trying to find an available chair, because when we were ready to sit and catch some rays, all we had to do was take the short walk back to our private oasis with plenty of chairs, attendants to lay out your towels, spritz you with Evian, wipe your sunglasses, bring you pineapple and orange slices, and chilled towels. You can also order meals poolside and it was excellent. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties before and we were still very impressed at all levels with this location. Rooms, amenities, staff, food... all excellent. The 42" plasma in the rooms was impressive also. We WILL be back. Kudos also to the Mandalay Bay for how well we were handled in getting a room 5 hours ahead of check in and then being allowed to switch hotels without a fee.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons with our 19 month-old daughter for 2 nights. It was an excellent experience. We recommend this hotel if you have small children. The hotel has a convenient location and does not have a casino, so it is quieter and has virtually no cigarette smoke. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were put in a room on the 36th floor with an incredible view of the Strip. We arrived in our room to find that a crib had been delivered and the room had been baby-proofed, which was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had two meals at the Verandah restaurant in the hotel and both the service and food were great. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Las Vegas.
