We stayed at the Four Seasons for our honeymoon for a week. When we arrived from the airport, the doormen are there to open the car door, a bellboy takes the cases and we are ushered to reception. Check in was smooth, no problems. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. On arrival to the room, there was a knock on the door and a waitor had brought up a platter of fresh fruit with a bottle of spring water, two glasses and two plates with silver cutlery. There was a hand written letter from the manager welcoming us to the hotel.
The pool area is beautiful and there were always plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day we arrived. The staff ensured every guest was comfortable. Regular ice pops, fruit, cucumber slices and drink samples were brought round for each guest along with evian spray for face. Iced water was regularly topped up. Fresh towels were placed at each step out of the pool for guests to take.
The lobby and corridors are immaculate, lots of polished marble floors, beautiful ornaments and furniture.
The Spa is beautiful, my husband went overy day to use the eucalyptus steam room, showers and shaving facilities. Lockers are provided with shorts, shoes, robes and shaving equipment. Iced handtowels and water/juice are provided complimentary.
The use of the facilities at Mandalay Bay is superb, the pools and lazy river are fun and the whole atmosphere is that of a tropical beach party. Brilliant for younger guests and families. It was lovely to get back to the peace and tranquility of the Four Seasons if thats what you wanted. The Mandalay Bay hotel is great, with a plush lobby and casino and a lovely coconutty/suntan cream smell. Try the shark reef aquarium. the underwater shipwreck is amazing. Found the restaurants at Mandalay Bay quite pricey but then thats only to be expected in Las Vegas. The casino is fab, the dealers and staff are really friendly and remembered us each time we visited.
The monorail from Mandalay to Excalibur is convenient and runs approx every 5 mins. It also stops at the Luxor hotel.
We were lucky to get upgraded to a strip view room because on a particular windy day, the wind was whistling under our door and they were unable to fix it immediately. The strip view was amazing, especially at dusk when all the lights come on. Totally fascinating and we couldnt take our eyes off the view.
The rooms were really beautiful, towels changed twice daily, linen is lovely crisp cotton. They even turn the clock to face you on the bedside table at night so you can see the time in the morning!!! We got lovely little cakes left in our room on our last night. They replenish the L'occitane bath products whenever anything is used just once. Bathrobes and slippers supplied. Lovely power shower and deep bath. Hairdyer, iron and ironing board supplied. Minibar in fridge along with snacks very pricey. Coffee maker and tea making facilities supplied, a kettle is available also when requested.
This hotel along with the location made our honeymoon the best holiday and experience we have ever had and we have stayed in mainly 4/5 star hotels whenever we go on holiday. If you like tranquility and very good service then try this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Exceptional service. Wonderful amenities. Loved the secluded pool. Fresh watermelon slices a special treat. Access to Mandalay beach and wave pool for the kids.

The Four Seasons Las Vegas is a haven for those that want to get away for a few hours from the overkill of casino's, noise, heat and people.
Tucked away on the side of the Mandelay Bay hotel it is capable to give you the look and feel of relaxed quality.
The service is good to excellent at reception, the swimming pool and breakfast.
The rooms are spacious, well furnished and have all that one needs. A remark though is that, where one gets free WIFI connections all over the States in RV parks, hotels, café's etc, this hotel charges $14.99 for a one day connection. In a world where communication is the standard and no longer an option and in a expensive hotel such as this one the WIFI should be free.
One other remark is that the noise from 35 floors down comes into the room. Unfortunately only double glasing was used and this could have been better.
The swimming pool is too small for the amount of people using it. Four Season quality involves enough space in and around the swimming pool with soft music making the stay at the pool more enjoyable. In our case there were hardly any free spaces and the pop/rock music may blend in well with Las Vegas but, to me, was too loud and not at all relaxing.
Other than that this is a great hotel and again, compared to the rest of Vegas, a heaven on earth.

All I can say is wow. Finally an oasis of serenity, service and elegance on the chaos and ugliness of the Las Vegas strip. I didn't think something like this existed in Vegas but now I know better. If that's what you are looking for all by all means, check in and don't leave. The hotel will cater to your every need and comfort. And if you need a little action one night, go over to Mandalay Bay, take a look at those souls not lucky enough to be staying at the Four Seasons, and hustle on back.
There's plenty of expensive hotels in Vegas but they're just poseurs whose idea of service is allowing you the priviledge of overpaying to stay in tacky properties on steroids. They'd love to be what the Four Seasons already is, but they haven't any idea how to do it because they're all in the Entertainment business. The Four Seasons is in the hospitality business and the difference shows.
Three cheers. We loved it and look forward to going back soon.

I had read all the reviews about this resort being an oasis, and I thought it was probably marketing spin. I can tell you that it was not. This place was unbelievable on many levels. It was almost freaky that we would walk in from the strip or from the Mandalay Bay entrance, and the peace, serenity and quiet just induces a big sigh of relief. With the hectic, crazy pace everywhere else in Las Vegas, it was so wonderful to have this haven to decompress in.

The service was unlike anywhere we've ever been. It was like having your own private staff and butler service. They were just unbelievably thoughtful, helpful, personal and imaginitive coming up with ways to make your life easier and better! I was using a scooter, and had some health needs, and they were so on top of it! They consistently went out of there way for me with such sincere concern. They always seemed so happy to help - lf that was just a business strategy we couldn't tell, because each person seemed so sincere and supportive.

The room was elegant, with plenty of room. Amenities were plush and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for me, but they put in a bed board and it was perfect. The pool was pleasant and the level of service out there was just amazing. Anything you need or want can be gotten for you. If you want to move your chair to get in or out of the sun they'll move everything for you and set you up with fresh towels. They give you a pitcher of water with oranges or lemons, and keep the ice fresh so it's cold. They come around with frozen fruit, popsicles, an evian spritz for your face, juice samples, cucumbers and they wash your glasses. It's some first class pampering.

Housekeeping was utterly amazing. I can't even list all the touches and things they did to make the room special, orderly and neat.

The one challenge with staying at this resort is the location on the strip. Regardless, we would definitely choose the Four Seasons, and just use taxis. Of course it's a non-smoking place, and that was wonderful for us. We did enjoy being able to go into Mandalay Bay to gamble and eat. The pool at Mandalay was too crowded and hectic for us. We prefered the peace at the Four Seasons.
