First, to those who are wondering, the Four Seasons is not a stand-alone hotel. The Four Seasons is basically the top five floors of the Mandalay Bay property. The Four Seasons has its onw entrance, no casino, it's own pool, etc., but guests have access to all of Mandalay Bay's amenities.

The room was fantastic, but what clinched it for me was the price: we were able to take advantage of a "3 nights for the price of 2" promotion! Huge TV, beautiful bathroom, view to die for, comfortable bed, etc. I've stayed at the Wynn and the Venetian and the Four Seasons was every bit as good, for a more reasonable price (with promotion).

Top-class service, from beginning to end. Loved the Spa, too.

I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE!! ...but check on-line for special promotions before you book.

This was the fourth time we stayed in this place and everytime it has been perfect. There has not been a single complaint and yes, it is a relaxing place to stay in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the casino hotels.

The pool is just great and besides that you can use all the facilities in Mandalay Bay. The pool attendents are some of the best all around.

The food is awsome but avoid the steakhouse at it is nothing special for the price. Try the M. Bay restaurants.

Rooms are roomy and ahhh the beds.......

In summary, the best you can find for comfort and easy access to M. Bay casinos and other facilities (in some ways, even easier to access than M. Bay rooms).

My husband and I planned a 6 night 7 day trip to Vegas for our 1st anniversary and my birthday Sept 28 - Oct 4. I used this website to pick a hotel and while it was more than I had originally planned to spend, the 3rd night free was a deal too good to pass up for the quality of the Four Seasons. Right from check-in, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff who checked us in walked us to the elevator to show us around. When we arrived there was a happy anniversary cake and card waiting for us. Our room overlooked the pool and mountains. You could see a part of the airport but I only heard a plane once, not inconvienient. Bed was as good as our Sterns here at home. The furniture was nice and heavy, very well made. Loved the understated "feels like home" not overwhleming decor and the fresh flowers around the property were amazing. Toiletries were rich and abundant. Turndown service was comforting w/ water at our bedside, soothing music, and nice slippers. I called one day for extra bar soap, explaining that it wasn't needed until evening time and within 10 minutes two bars were delivered to our room with a smile. The same soap sold in the gift shop for $9.00 a bar! Pool was beautiful and true to reviews the staff was perfect. Drinks were not too pricey $10.00 crown and worth it. I even got spritzed, just like the reviews say! I was a little skeptical about this but what the heck, I had to do as part of the FS experience. They also sent up a cake for my birthday and when chamber staff saw it was uneaten, sent up a 2nd one the next day, so we could enjoy a fresh cake when we were ready for it. Great friends from work called up and ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday and a card. They were perfect and they mentioned how sweet the staff was on the phone. We had bruch at the Verandah on Saturday and it was over $90.00 for 2 including tip. Pricey and while the food was good, the breakfast at Mandalay Bay was just as good. Every staff member was warm and friendly beyond expectations. The price overall was worth it and my husband now doesn't even want to try out the Wynn or Bellagio which we'd heard so much about. BTW since this hotel is on Mandalay Bay property I'd like to mention the casino staff who was excellent as well. We left some pics from the Stratosphere on the casino floor and realized it the next day and they had been turned into lost and found and were back in our hands after eating lunch. All in all a perfect trip. I will say this, FS is a hell of a walk even w/ monorail, and tram service from Excalibur/Luxor. So get comfortable shoes or be prepared to shell out a heck of a lot for taxis. The deuce was worth it for Fremont St. but the wait seemed too long for daily use. I'm now obsessed with Vegas and we'll be back every 4 months or so.

  • Liked — pool, bed, staff, quiet
  • Disliked — the room was warm but we requested a fan and it was cold while we slept.

Having read all the previous reviews I was a little unsure of how this hotel could possibly live up to the high standards I was expecting - it delivered 100%.
We stayed at the Four Seasons Vegas for 6 nights in September 08 followed by a 6 night stay at the Tower Suites Wynn and there was really no contest. The Four Seasons was by far the most pleasant stay we have spent in Vegas - I would put this down to 2 main factors - the people and the service. Our Strip Room was very tastefully decorated (not super flashy or oversized but perfect for our requirements). The registration and concierge services were extremely polite and helpful. The pool was perfect - a nice size with amazing pool staff who catered for our every need from constant iced water and evian face spritzing to smoothies and popsicles. The service was provided in a totally non-intrusive and professional manner by staff who appeared to care about whether you were enjoying your stay - and without any snob factor - every single guest was made to feel special.
We have stayed at numerous other hotels on the strip - Mandalay Bay & The Hotel, Bellagio, Caesars, Mirage, Venetian, Wynn, MGM and I would definitely rate The Four Seasons as top of the pile. Obviously the size of the hotel allows for a more intimate and personal service - if you can afford it then it is well worth paying for.

We spent 5 days in Vegas and really enjoyed the Four Seasons. Vegas is not our typical destination, as we are not gamblers, but we need a warm place with no hurricanes for a last minute sun/pool change of scenario for our kids. They absolutely loved the Four Seasons and the pools at the Mandalay Bay (the lazy river and the wave pool), jsut across a gate. The scenario at the Mandalay was overly zoo-esque, crowded, with a mass-mentality but the kids liked it for a couple of hours and when we got overwhelmed we would go back to the private pool at the Four Seasons and truly appreciate life in luxury!
Food was great, service was exceptional. Kids felt pampered and cared for, everyone chatting with them, sending complimentary ice-cream, etc. Bed and pillows were unbelievable. Rooms are nice and big.
Great little vacation!
