Stopped in for a drink to watch the Show on the Lake - the drinks were great, granted they were $$, but it is Vegas and this is the Wynn so we sucked it up and bought in to the whole song and dance. The service was fine - friendly, brought us the drinks and check quickly, no attitude - but the reason you go here is to sit outside and enjoy the the show, which is totally amazing. We saw two shows while we were there, both were totally different and were beautiful - highly recommended!

Went for a drink with my wife to Parasol Down Bar/Cafe at the Wynn late afternoon on June 1st / 07:

That's about it, because......

1. High prices / poor quality - the cappucino I ordered tasted like Nescafe with milk - it must be embarrasing that a hotel that prides itself on food and drink run by Mr Wynn can't make a simple cappucino (had to exchange mine for a cocktail )

2. Horrible, pretentious service - sat for 15 minutes without anyone noticing us - another 20 minutes to order and get our drinks. Waitress did not even bring back the change ! When we asked for it, she brought it, scowled and didn't even say a thank you. Before we sat down, we saw the "maitre d'" kick a group out of a table they had sat in, move them to another table, then move them back to the first table

3. Couldn't find our server if our life depended on it - they seemed to have only one woman service 20 tables on the patio

3. Mr Wynn - you should hire professional servers who understand proper customer service - I am surprised you allow your managers to hire pretty young people who don't have a clue about proper service, food or drink
