Sundance Helicopters goes above and beyond customer service! From the limo ride to jet center, the staff at reception, the amazing pilot........Let alone the incredible journey to the Grand Canyon! Anyone traveling to Vegas should put your money into this experience instead of the slot machines...you won't be disappointed!!! Sundance is top notch!

We were booked for a 30 minute twilight tour. But the company called to say they would like to move us to a later flight which was an upgrade since it was 1hr and 30 mins.

The staff were great. Very professional, funny, and the ride was overall great.

I'm 28 years old and I love adventure. I expected the helicopter ride to be a little unstable, and not so solid. I was wrong. The flight was smooth and was almost like flying in a plane once it got in the air. I would have definetely liked more twists and turns to spice things up. But again, this isn't a joy ride it's more of a tour over the grand canyon.

Ok, so the tour over the Grand Canyon was nice. But to be completely honest, it was boring after about 30 minutes. If you're in to sightseeing and looking at huge rocks. You'll enjoy this. It was cool for about 30 minutes then I got bored and was ready to land (or at least some turns and twists). :)

This ride/tour is good for older folks, and children. If you're looking for an adventure this isnt' really the ride for your. They fly at a high altitude, and they're very smooth and stable which makes this great tour for people who want to fly over the Canyon. But I will warn you, it can get boring after a while.

It didn't help that we got about 3 hours of sleep the night before.

WOW! This was the best ever. I booked the "All American Grand Canyon Tour" on Viator.com and used a coupon code. I got a great deal on viator.

We got picked up by the limo in the morning and taken to the airport. We watched a brief safety video and then got on the helicopter.

The pilot was top notch. Friendly, fun, and full of information. Also, the narration that played over our headphones was great -- the music had us laughing....someone did a great job putting it together.

When we landed, we had turkey sandwiches with drinks, veggies, and apples.

The flight was 45 minutes each way and about 30 minutes on the floor of the grand canyon for pictures and lunch.

Overall this was a must do!

After a bumpy flight into Las Vegas I was not looking forward to the helicopter trip we had pre-booked. But it was fantastic, a very smooth flight, and the views were amazing. The flight itself was very imformative, and set to good tracks of music. Our pilot Chris really made us feel at ease, and I thank him for the flight. The Grand Canyon is one of the best sights we have seen, what a way to spend Christmas Eve! I would recommend it to anybody that travels as far as Las Vegas to not miss this!
