The biggest drawback to this restaurant is getting there. It's in the Forum Shops in the new wing/section on the second level, which requires a 15-20 minute walk from Caesar's parking garage, unless you can find the Forum Shops valet area.
Otherwise, this is a spectatular, if not solid, steakhouse offering on The Strip.

The atmosphere is very trendy. Because of the communal table settings, this restaurant might be ideal for a small group of friends or business colleagues.

Quick summary of the meal:

Lump Crab Cake - On par with other high-end restaurant crab cake offerings
Petit Filet Mignon - Very good but there's a reason they put Rub & Crusts and Sauces on the menu--It reallys adds more flavor to the meat experience. Try the peppercorn rub and ask for a sample of 3 sauces to try. I never thought it was acceptable to ask for steak sauce at a high-end steakhouse but this place embraces the idea.
Baked Potato with sour cream and butter - good size potato, nothing short changed here
Bread - Warm and soft, sort of melts in your mouth, making you want to ask for more

Service was solid and friendly. There's also a section of the restaurant that has a nice view of The Strip.

All in all, BOA Steakhouse is worth the walk through the Forum Shops if you're shopping and need to cap the day off with a great steak dinner or you're looking to try something new.

A group of 5 people at BOA at 8pm on a Saturday night. Restaurant was half empty (usually not a good sign) so we were seated immediately (we had a reservation). The décor is sedate and pretty. If you visit on a warm summer night, request a table on their patio. It gives you an amazing view of the strip.

The menu is steak and seafood and you can have your steak, salmon or Ahi Tuna prepared with different sauces or rubs. Our waiter explained each cut of meat, when one of us ask and offered wine recommendations.

Since I don’t really like steak or seafood, I just had a salad and the biggest baked potato I have ever seen. It was the size of Mr. Potato Head, I kid you not. The boys liked the steaks and the other girl in the group had the Ahi Tuna, which she raved about and the potion was huge. The bill came to $300 for 6 cocktails, 4 entrées and 4 salads. The service was impeccable.

BOA is an exciting new steak restaurant at Caesars. It is located on the 2nd floor of the new wing of the Forum Shops.

This restaurant is much better than its sister store in Los Angeles. Food, decor, and service was impeccable and virtually the opposite of what you can expect from BOA on Sunset.

It is on the pricey side but not unsually high, considering it is a high end restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. Portions are generous and sides are big enough to share. Our bill came to about $150 for 2 (including wine and appetizers and not including tip).

Ask for a window seat and you'll get an awesome view of the lights of Sin City!

A must for both locals and visitors alike!

Can't say enough about the service here. The captain gave a whole speech about specials, how to order etc. Suggested one potato and one veg. for four. When we saw the small dish of potatoes we laughed, BUT YOU DON'T need any more cause the steaks were more than enough. Two salads for four people is also enough. Specialty drinks were high priced but excellent. Bill for four with three drinks and no wine was $300 with good tip. That's about average for a great steak place! A good place to splurge for dinner. Very comfortable room.

We were here in April and October of 2006 and I can't believe the lack of reviews for BOA. This is an excellent restaurant with very polished service and great steaks. The tableside Caesar is extraordinary, the service is attentive but not rushed, and the NY and porterhouse steaks are the best I've had in Vegas. The sides are large and run $7-8 each and they have an extensive wine list that is not outrageously priced. My only grip is the $5 charge for coffee.
Having been to a variety of Vegas steakhouses including Smith & Wollensky, Prime, Charlie Palmer, and Envy, I can state the only one worth going back to, at least if it is my money, is BOA.
