We saw this show on Sunday, January 21st at 7:00pm. We were completely enthralled with it and can't wait to see it again! People are correct, it's not your typical Cirque Du Soleil show with mostly acrobatics but what they do include are incredible and amazing. The music is sensational, with speakers inserted into your seat right behind your head as well as in the seat back in front of you so you are literally surrounded by sound.
The costumes and sets are amazing and completely tell the story of each song. The sheet made of sheer material that comes out over the audience about three quarters of the way through the show only goes up to Row O of the upper orchestra (not over the entire theater as one reviewer stated) and stays out there for about 90 seconds or so. I am extremely claustrophobic but I didn't want this to keep me from experiencing the entire show so when it started to come over us being held up off our heads by the ushers, (we were in Row M of the upper orchestra), I put my head down and closed my eyes. It was over before I knew it and then I had the pleasure of enjoying the rest of the wonderful performance that I would have missed out on had I let this keep me away.
I spoke to the very helpful people at the ticket counter about my concerns before we went in and they gave me all of the information I needed to help me understand what was coming and when. Thanks to those of you who mentioned this piece of the show in your reviews without giving too much away so that I could be prepared ahead of time and enjoy myself.
Fortunately for us, there were no technical difficulties so we got to see it from beginning to end and only wished it was longer.
