It was a great show, but too short for almost $150/person. It was only 1 hour and 20 minutes long. When the show was over most people did not even stand up expecting there would be more. Could be an excellent show if they increased the time in 30 to 40 minutes with same level performances. I would not recommend unless they start charging $50/person.

OMG! I am a Franco Dragone fan, in fact I have seen all of his productions to date. With that being said, I was looking forward to be amazed by this show.
This is the “WORST” show I have ever seen. I should have figured something was wrong when the theatre was seriously only about 30% full. I cannot believe Franco made such a horrible, pointless, empty show and I can’t believe Wynn allowed this to be in his hotel.
Let me sum it up, all of them ne have their heads shaved they roam around holding straps and come up and down from the ceiling. Then the water is just there for decoration as it was only used about 40% of the time, the rest of the time they would be walking in the water and splashing it with their feet. Oh yea, let me not mention the randomness of some performers having hairy chest, hairy legs and a lot of the performers showing their tattoos. Cirque would never allow this.
About 80% of the show is dancing; Horrible dancing.
Cheesy, no class, stupid are just some of the headlines that come to my mind. Let’s put it another way, if they asked me to sit through again and get my $350 back, I would tell them to keep it!
My wife and I both agree, WORST SHOW WE HAVE EVER SEEN!

Having seen all of the Cirque shows in Vegas except Zumanity, we chose to see Le Reve after our waiter talked it up as we ate our dinner...we bought tickets right then and there for the 9:30 show that same night and splurged on the VIP package that included champagne and strawberries. The theater is round and the center "stage" is literally a huge round pool with stages that rise up and down in the pool- allowing for both an aquatic and "real" stage performances. During the show, you will see a fair amount of dancing and a lot of diving and synchronized swimming. Acrobatics are performed from large cables attached to the ceiling that move the performers around the stage and both up and down over the pool. It is quite a visual experience with so much activity occuring. The "VIP" seats are the last row in the theater so you don't miss a thing- though I think pretty much any seat would be fine. Would I pay the $200 again to sit there? Definitely not. Cirque shows have a strong story line and play more to your emotion, while Le Reve is loosely based on a woman's dream about losing her lover and gaining him in the end. While the performers show amazing skill and athletic ability, having so many of them performing at one time (up to 30!) diminishes the talent you see before you. It's all a bit visually overwhelming and you crave more of a story element to pull you through to the next scene. Also, the Cirque shows highlight unique talents of select few performers using unusual and interesting props in each of their scenes. Hardly any of that with Le Reve (only 2 occassions I can think of). Think performance of the "masses".
Here's how I'd rank the shows I've seen....(All Cirque shows except Le Reve)
1. "O"
2. "LOVE"
3. "Ka"
4. "Mystere"
5. "La Reve"

Wow! What an experience. The show was magnificent and worth the price of admission. The theater is intimate which I think adds to the experience. I loved the soundtrack during the show it is so mesmerizing. The dancing and acrobatics where superb. I just loved the scene transitions as the stage rose through the water or the acrobatics when the performers dove from about 50 feet into the water. Oh and if you do see the show maybe you can answer this question. Where do the performers go when they go under the water and don't come up. Either way see the show you will love it.

I purchased the tickets for 40% off from half price tickets, but I enjoyed it so much I would pay full price . We sat in the splash zone and did get splashed a bit, but we were front row. I loved everything. Purely captivating. Elegant atmosphere. Saw mystere after and I was disappointed.
