I thought Corsa Cucina at the Wynn was mediocre at best. I was a bit taken back from the start...we sat down and the waiter asked us if you wanted some bread and we said yes. We received three small slices of an olive bread...very paltry. It got worse when I opened the menu and say that the bread was an actual appetizer that cost $10. I am not cheap but the fact that bread (3 pieces nonetheless) costs $10 and I felt I was mislead into agreeing to it was troubling.

It got worse as my wife took a bit of the bread and there was still a pit from one of the olives in the bread. We told our waiter and he simply walked away with the plate with the pit on it. Never a sorry, etc. but he said "I will take it off the bill".

That was probably the highlight of the night (free bread) as the food was pretty poor, in my view. I had spagetti carbonara (very very greasy) and my wife a seafood pasta that was flavorless (she only ate about 20% of it).

We also had two apetizers, which to be fair were good...a tomato mozzarella dish (three small pieces of chese so not really rewarding for $15) and an artichoke dish.

Overall, I would definitely not recommend Corsa Cucina...there are too many great places in Vegas to eat at this dog.

Went here once and had a great meal. Brought my S/O here and it was bad all around. Bad service (slow and stupid). We should have gotten up and left when he advised that the 'chef quit last week and they were in the process of finding someone new' I could go on and on. Trust me, don't go.

We were 5 people who ordered 5 different dishes, appetizers, expensive wine. None of us enjoyed the food nor the wine, none of us!! Extremely greasy and tasteless beyond belief , a very expensive mistake! The waiter never returned to ask if we liked the dishes; he probably knew better. My husband wanted to see the chef but we would have missed Le Reve which would have definitely ruined the remainder of the evening. They definitely need to revise their dishes or revise the prices. The two are shamefully at odds. We recently (4 people) spent $1500.00 at the French Laundry rated 3 star Michelin. Although it was our most expensive meal yet, the experience we had which includes wine, food, service, timing, attention, details, atmosphere made it all worthwhile! It's unfortunate because the restaurant is located near Le Reve and makes it convenient to dine before the show.
They could aptly rename themselves "Le Cauchemar"

During my last visit in Vegas (June 11th, 07) and after going to the amazing show "LE REVE" at the Wynn Hotel, I invited 5 friends for a great diner at Corsa... well, the dream night stopped as soon we enter the restaurant. First of all, after having a reservation at 9PM for 6, the hostess made us wait 10 minutes for the table. She also insisted to have the party of 6 present at the door before we can get our table. I don’t get that!

The service was very slow. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before seeing a waiter (who barely say hello to us) asking for drinks, then again 10 more minutes to get them and finally the wine list arrived. Great selection of wine but really overpriced! The sommelier was really professional and friendly.

Each one had a different appetizer and main course so we could all have a big picture of this well rated restaurant. Well, I do not remember tasting 6 different dishes in my life with not flavor. That’s right, no flavor at all. I do not know if the chef was present that night but I would definitively advise everyone to stay away from Corsa. I you wish to spend $600 for a diner in Vegas, go to a different place. Corsa is everything except a good restaurant. Food with no taste, bad service, very slow, not a smile on the face of our waiter and a very expensive diner for no reasons! Just forget about Corsa!

Wow! I would have to say this was one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. The service was top-notch. The food was fantastic. I had the best cup of coffee of my life at Corsa.
Too bad we had to leave before dessert. We tried to eat at Corsa again during our trip but the wait was too long. It seems others had the same idea. I loved the fried artichokes. The Carbonara was to die for, rich and creamy! This will definitely be a regular stop for me whenever I'm in Vegas!
