I thought Corsa Cucina at the Wynn was mediocre at best. I was a bit taken back from the start...we sat down and the waiter asked us if you wanted some bread and we said yes. We received three small slices of an olive bread...very paltry. It got worse when I opened the menu and say that the bread was an actual appetizer that cost $10. I am not cheap but the fact that bread (3 pieces nonetheless) costs $10 and I felt I was mislead into agreeing to it was troubling.
It got worse as my wife took a bit of the bread and there was still a pit from one of the olives in the bread. We told our waiter and he simply walked away with the plate with the pit on it. Never a sorry, etc. but he said "I will take it off the bill".
That was probably the highlight of the night (free bread) as the food was pretty poor, in my view. I had spagetti carbonara (very very greasy) and my wife a seafood pasta that was flavorless (she only ate about 20% of it).
We also had two apetizers, which to be fair were good...a tomato mozzarella dish (three small pieces of chese so not really rewarding for $15) and an artichoke dish.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend Corsa Cucina...there are too many great places in Vegas to eat at this dog.
