I'm a huge fan of Alain Duccase, so of course I was very excited to dine at Mix. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful, romantic dinner, with a fabulous view of the strip. The service was impeccable and our meals were wonderful. We started off with the signature gnocchi, I had the tuna and my boyfriend had the buffalo. Afterwards, we went over to the lounge part to have a few cocktails. I love the entire setup of the bar. It's similar to an intimate NYC lounge, with a phenomenal view. Any bar in Vegas with a view and outdoor balconies is great in my book.

The VERY BEST part of Mix Lounge is the women's bathroom! You have an individual stall with a toilet facing floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the strip 64 floors up! Unfortunately, according to my boyfriend, the men's room does not have this luxury.

We loved Mix so much that we went back there a few other nights to pregame. It's a great spot to start off your night.

Wow !!! If you are looking for amazing views over vegas - go to The Mix Bar - they are amazing - great bar,great cocktails and for the ladies try the 'loo with a view'

The views were breathe taking - walking into the bar was a real wow factor - we were lucky enough to go on a very clear night and the neon lights down the strip and beyond were mind blowing!

The spectacular view of the Strip makes this place worth at least one visit. Actually, one visit when it opens at 5PM to see the Strip in daylight, then later in the evening to see the Strip lit up at night. The best time to come is right when it opens as well as during early evening hours on weekdays/weeknights, when it's less crowded and you can usually get one of the tables in the "outdoor" part of MIX. Great for couples as well as for smaller groups, as it's great for quiet conversation while enjoying the view before the crowd swells later in the evening...

the view to the club is grand. outdoor seating overlooking the strip wonderful. decor ok. drinks not impressed. nothing special but very VERY expensive.

i'm from chicago and have seen a lot of fab cities/clubs. was very very excited as the decor in pics looked beautiful. alas,
i pretty much hated the entire dining experience completely.

i told them at the time of reservation, it was my boyfriend's birthday and they said they'd make note. nothing happened at all. i asked our waitress if the striped bass or cod was better and i swear she said bass and i ordered it. cod was served. 32$ for that cod was just NOT worth it. even in a setting like that, it was just way overpriced for a regular piece of fish that was not in any way special. I would not have minded paying let's say $20 or even $24 for it, but not for that! my boyfriend and i split their special lobster cesar salad. for 29$. the lobster pieces were ok but the dressing was not impressive. it was served in a metal bowl and there was no service to split it for us even though we told our server we would be sharing it. they plopped it down and left. i don't care what restaurant you go to, if you're charging these prices, you are serving your guests! we both ordered drinks--his was a rum concoction for $18 while i had a $15 martini (not a big one), both of which were strong enough to kill us just on a sip. it was a horrible enough drink i returned mine.

i often and happily do 4 and 5 star meals. i'm a foodie and not afraid to pay for good food. this was probably the WORST meal for $148 I have ever had in my entire life and i eat well, i frequently drop $20 on something delicious, i'm not afraid of paying for good food. this was just an excruciating experience for me to know i was floating this much for such lacking service and food. maybe this is rep. of vegas in general but if you can avoid it, please do. overpaying for a scene i accept, but this was downright painful for nothing.
