You just know exactly what a place called 'Quality Inn' is going to be like, and ofcourse, this was no different. The room was OK, the staff were OK. It was OK. Certainly not 'Quality', but it wasnt awful either. The worst thing about it is that you are right across the road from the 'hard rock' hotel/casino, which is a constant reminder of where you are NOT!
If you are on a budget then this place fits the bill, and it'll do you nicely.

I have stayed here several times. It is cheap and how much time do you really spend in the room? The room has always been quiet, there is a small fridge to keep water cold. I do NOT go to the casino at this hotel, nor do I eat here. This is just where I sleep. If you are looking for a fairly central hotel that is fairly clean where you can sleep, this is fine. If you are expecting a strip casino for cheapo bucks a night, keep looking, and good luck.

It is similar to Best Western Mardi Gras, the rooms are a decent size but not as large with the suite of the bEst Western. These rooms were a bit more modern and the air conditioner worked better. Low rise buildings, 300 rooms (small for the city of Las Vegas). Restaurant, pool, casino on site. You could walk to the strip if you do not mind walking for abotu 15 minutes. The room has a strange roof over one area with palm trees. The room also had a big stain on the carpet but apart from that it was clean. Not a great room, but at about $45 it was reasonable priced.
