My husband and I were married there on November 15, 2008 and the chapel was small and beautiful, just as the pictures on the internet show. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the minister was fantastic. The entire ceremony exceeded my expectations for a Las Vegas wedding, HOWEVER...the next day I went back to review our pictures as we were entitled to 8 with our package. They were very good and I didn't blink an eye when the owner asked for $600 for all of the negatives. I didn't think that was a lot for 134 professional photos. I paid them right away and they gave me my CD and I went back to my hotel room. I decided to go to the hotel computer and look at them when I got back to discover that they gave me someone else's photos. I phoned right away and spoke to Dave (the guy who burns the CDs) and he said he would deliver my CD to me that night to my hotel as we were leaving the next day for home. I phoned back and asked him a time and he assured me that he would deliver them between 8pm & 9pm that evening. I called down to the Bell desk at 10pm no photos. I inquired at both the bell desk and the main desk the next morning before going to the aiport and nothing was left for me. I called Mon Bel Ami right away and left a message for them explaining what had happened. We went ahead and flew home and by 4pm they had still not returned my call. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained my situation, she put me on hold for 5 1/2 minutes(calling long distance on a cell phone). I hung up and called back and this time got Edith who was nothing but rude to me. She even said to me " If you would stop talking I will explain something to you" She told me that the person I needed to speak to (David) was busy for another 5 minutes so I was to call back. No apology for their mistake. I asked to speak to the owner but of course she was unavailable. My husband then called back and spoke to Edith and by this time they had decided they would courier our cd to us. They told us it would arrive on Wednesday and I was quite concerned when it didn't arrive but it did come on Thursday so all's well that ends well. I am not upset at the mistake they made of giving me someone elses photos, what I am really upset about is the fact that they told me that they would deliver them to me at my hotel and they didn't and then when I called back to resolve the problem that they had created I was treated in a very unprofessional rude manner. I realize that they probably don't count on a lot of repeat business but they should realize that word of mouth is the best advertising.

I just got married there last week and was completely satisfied with everything. I had nothing to stress about once I was there.
The trip to Vegas was such a disaster that I was sure the wedding would be too. Our flights were cancelled two times, we arrived in Vegas a day late, our rental car was not reserved, and I was seriously about to lose it. I called Mon Bel Ami at least 10 times to let them know what was happening. The staff was so understanding. They were able to reschedule my wedding so that I wouldn't feel rushed.
When we got there, I couldn't help but be calm. Everyone was like instant family to me. The chaple was so beautiful! The photography was awesome. Very professional! I had to buy the entire photo package. I felt like a princess!
I would definitely recommend Mon Bel Ami to anyone!

Lack of communication was the number one issue here. I enquired about booking this chapel from Australia and after a few emails I booked the chapel for Sunday 21/9 and paid the required deposit. From that point I received no further communication from any chapel staff, even after requesting a receipt for the deposit, nothing. Until... the day of our wedding booking when they called to confirm our pick up time. I'm not sure how they thought they could provide us with our dream wedding when they didn't know a single detail about how we wanted to do it! Joyfully, the night before, we were married at The Chapel of the Flowers, which we had booked when we lost confidence in Mon Bel Ami. It was worth losing our deposit to know we were in better hands. When we finally did get hold of them they offered no apology or compensation, and even clarified that we wouldn't be getting our deposit back.

Every single wedding is a special event - and if you're playing a part in that then you should take your role very seriously. There are plenty of chapels to choose from in Vegas and many can provide you with a wonderfully romantic, special experience. Please see my review for The Chapel of the Flowers... :)

Our wedding on June 7th, 2008 at Mon Bel Ami was absolutely beautiful. The chapel was gorgeous, the staff overall was very professional, pictures were wonderful... We had 18 guests with us and everyone felt the same way. We all enjoyed ourselves. We never felt rushed even though there was another wedding directly after ours.

I was so nervous on my wedding day that I thought I would be sick. The photographer (I can't remember his name, sorry) was very calming and soothed my nerves by keeping my mind on the photos he was taking beforehand. The minister asked before hand if we wanted God to be included and whether we wanted a traditional or modern feeling. The vows and everything were perfect.

After the photo session we were led to pick out our pictures (14 of the CEREMONY were included in our package and they tell you that in the e-mails you receive before the date). Linda was the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a long time. She cursed like a sailor and even hit on my husband. She offered us the whole cd of photos for $600 or $400 if we paid cash. We took the cd because I really liked almost all of them. In my eyes, it's a pretty good deal because you get the full rights to them and it would've cost a LOT more to hire a photographer and get the same quality and everything.

The only other thing I have to complain about was that we didn't receive our champagne toast, but I didn't remember about it until after we'd already left.

What I don't understand is everyone on here that has complained about being asked to tip the minister and photographer. It was included in EVERY e-mail I received before the date, and is even on the website.

All in all, our wedding was perfect. I couldn't have had a better day, the chapel was gorgeous, and the ceremony was sweet and intimate.
