My husband and I were married there on November 15, 2008 and the chapel was small and beautiful, just as the pictures on the internet show. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the minister was fantastic. The entire ceremony exceeded my expectations for a Las Vegas wedding, HOWEVER...the next day I went back to review our pictures as we were entitled to 8 with our package. They were very good and I didn't blink an eye when the owner asked for $600 for all of the negatives. I didn't think that was a lot for 134 professional photos. I paid them right away and they gave me my CD and I went back to my hotel room. I decided to go to the hotel computer and look at them when I got back to discover that they gave me someone else's photos. I phoned right away and spoke to Dave (the guy who burns the CDs) and he said he would deliver my CD to me that night to my hotel as we were leaving the next day for home. I phoned back and asked him a time and he assured me that he would deliver them between 8pm & 9pm that evening. I called down to the Bell desk at 10pm no photos. I inquired at both the bell desk and the main desk the next morning before going to the aiport and nothing was left for me. I called Mon Bel Ami right away and left a message for them explaining what had happened. We went ahead and flew home and by 4pm they had still not returned my call. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained my situation, she put me on hold for 5 1/2 minutes(calling long distance on a cell phone). I hung up and called back and this time got Edith who was nothing but rude to me. She even said to me " If you would stop talking I will explain something to you" She told me that the person I needed to speak to (David) was busy for another 5 minutes so I was to call back. No apology for their mistake. I asked to speak to the owner but of course she was unavailable. My husband then called back and spoke to Edith and by this time they had decided they would courier our cd to us. They told us it would arrive on Wednesday and I was quite concerned when it didn't arrive but it did come on Thursday so all's well that ends well. I am not upset at the mistake they made of giving me someone elses photos, what I am really upset about is the fact that they told me that they would deliver them to me at my hotel and they didn't and then when I called back to resolve the problem that they had created I was treated in a very unprofessional rude manner. I realize that they probably don't count on a lot of repeat business but they should realize that word of mouth is the best advertising.
