This place is like many of the outdoor malls coming up around the west coast/pacific time zone areas. It's just nicer. My boyfriend and I played a few games of pool in what looked like a pool hall upstairs right next to a couple of lanes where people were having a bowling celebration. My boyfriend and I chilled out and had a couple of red bull and vodkas from an attentive server, playing pool and forgetting for a moment that we were in Las Vegas, away from home, and on vacation...The large black & white billiard-themed photographs had me reminiscing of different times while playing said game. Downstairs, arcade, upstairs, billiards and bowling. Where else except in Vegas? They pack a little of everything into this center.
There's a movie theater on site and a few eateries. This was a nice break from the Fremont Street vibe, which had been a nice break from the Strip. Go to Neonopolis if you feel any need to spend your money away from the casinos. This spot also a great alternative when you are tired of playing games in which you have to be seated!
