*Sign up at https://www.premiumoutlets.com/vip/ to become a VIP member at all of the Chelsea/Simon outlets across the country. You can print out exclusive VIP member coupons for many stores within the center, as well as a voucher for a VIP coupon book that you can pick up at the Information Center. Remember to print these out and bring them with you to shop; as these VIP discounts are not available to print anywhere at the mall.

*If you forgot (or don't have time) to print out your VIP coupons from the website, you can still pick up the VIP coupon book from the Information Desk. They are $5.00 to purchase BUT, if you bring one of the following items and present it to the customer service representative at the Information Desk, you can receive it for free.

*Valid (unexpired) AAA membership card.. any country is accepted. Plastic credit-card style AAA card is required, vehicle insurance paper not accepted.

*Student ID

Arrival/Departure information:
By Car via Highway: Take I-15 north to Charleston Blvd (Exit 41B). Bear to the left while on this exit ramp and go straight through the light, following the curve -- which will direct you to our entrance.
By Car via surface streets: Take Las Vegas Blvd north, passing the Stratosphere Hotel. Turn left on Charleston Blvd. Turn right on Grand Central Parkway (immediately before the I-15 freeway overpass). We are on your left, at the 2nd traffic light.

By Taxi: Expect anywhere between $10 and $25 each direction to get to us from your Strip hotel. ($10 for Stratosphere, $25 for Mandalay Bay). These costs are average and does not account for traffic or construction.

By Bus: From your Strip hotel, take the Deuce north to the Stratosphere hotel. Catch the 108-North bus (northeast corner of the Stratosphere @ LV Blvd and St. Louis Ave) which will come direct to our center. Transit time including bus changes can last upwards of 1 hour 30 minutes with heavy traffic from the south-strip hotels.
