What can I say - the margaritas are the best on the planet. The apps were really, really good. The entrees were beyond belief. BTW, I am annoyed anytime I see Bobby Flay on TV - is he Danny Bonaduce's evil twin?

From the moment I gave my name at the front door I knew that the Mesa grill was going to be different. The level of sevice was exceptional, from Grace who seated us to Greg who served us. But what truly exceeded my expectations was Kieran the sommelier. His wine knowledge is unmatched and I have yet to talk wine with a sommelier who knows wine and wine making as well as Kieran does. (He has worked several crushes in Napa valley) I was in Las vegas for a wine convention and Kieran provided as much if not more information than the seminars I attended.
Thank you Bobby Flay for putting together a team of professionals that are all at the top of their class. I should also mention that the Filet was the best I've ever had in all the steakhouses I've been to (I've eaten at at least 7 of the so called top 10 in NYC) .
The food at MESA GRILL was a virtual "Las vegas show all by itself"

From the time you walk in till the time you leave everyone is great to you. The food is good too. The rolls and muffin they serve before your meal are good too. I will go back the next time I get out to Vegas.

While in Las Vegas recently, my husband and I had a late dinner at the Mesa Grill. We were familiar with Bobby Flay from his cooking show on the Food Network and decided to give his new restaurant a try. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere was upscale, yet not at all stuffy, as compared to the other restaurants we dined at in Vegas. The wait staff was first class and really went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect dining experience. Now, on to the food....simply put, it was out of this world. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin and I had the new york strip steak. Both were superb and I would highly recommend either. All in all, this restaurant exceeded all of our expectations and we will definetly dine here again.
