The Wynn Resort is a total disappoint in every department. Smoke-filled casino; lousy parking, inconsiderate players, music too loud, noise everywhere - no quiet, no peace.

You leave needing to take a vacation, not reverse. You leave with a sore throat, deaf ears, and a horrible, horrible time-waster. The money you spent could buy you a wonderful trip to Hawaii.

Let me just say this: If you go to Las Vegas and you don't smoke, it can be pretty dangerous now. 2 hours in a casino is the equivalent of 6 months of passive smoke. My mom died of lung cancer and she didn't smoke. Passive smoke will kill you more than if you smoke.

This was our 3rd year running . still a beautiful hotel and only its sister The Encore was even more lovely. All was the same as last year but 2 tiny things were noticeable . Only because I used them. No Shower Gel or Mouth Wash. WHy oh why cut out such a small item. bearing in mind we spent $2500 on board and food, I went downstairs and bought 3 small bottles of mouth wash and a bottle of shower gel-- cost $20. Seems just nit picking. still we would still go back, ....maybe or try the Encore or one of the new hotels in the new City Center. decisions, decisions.............

My husband and I LOVE the Wynn. We love the restaurants, pool, casino, bars, everything. We have been 4 or 5 times, and recently tried Encore (we like Wynn better).

I wanted to share my amazing wedding, for anyone thinking of getting married in Las Vegas. My coordinator was Sunny, she was awesome. We got married in the outdoor courtyard, had beautiful flowers, they handled everything SO well, we were very taken care of. Being July and hot, they kept our guests inside until immediately before the ceremony, and we got married at sunset.

Our reception was at Tableau, that was great, except I did not get to slice my cake :( The Wynn made my cake, it was so beautiful, it looked like a jewelry box. Tableau was really nice, we were able to have a 3 course dinner and cake for everyone with open bar. In Tableau, we got the whole back room shaped like an oval to use, and the patio by the pool was also ours to use.

We had an outside photographer who was very reasonable. We got a few Wynn photographer photos, we used the salon for waxing and nails. I had an outside person do hair and makeup.

Cant think of anything else to say, Wynn is great. See my photos! Thanks!

It was our first wedding anniversary (we married on the 4th of July of last year) and we were going to spend part of it at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. Our 5 star hotels were chosen by Hotwire. So, it is gambe whether you get an elegant 5 star like the Venetian or an overrated dump like the Wynn. We had the whole weekend planned out from beginning to end.

When we arrived at 3 p.m., our Wynn clerk, Christina, said the the rooms were not ready. She said she did not when the rooms would be ready. It could be ready at 6 p.m. or 9 p.m. I explained to her that we have a dinner set and an expensive show to attend. My wife needed time to get ready. She didn't seem to care at all. Then, with a straight face, Christina tried to bully us into paying an additional $100 for an upgraded room or face undetermined amount of hours of waiting in the lobby. I had to do a second take on that one. This was insulting and not what I had in mind when I pre-purchased 5 star services through Hotwire.

At check out, I wanted to get a copy of the recepit showing the time I checked in. Christina and the Wynn staff said they could see it one the screen, but they made sure to tell me that they could not print it out. So, the only proof that I stayed at the Wynnn was through Hotwire and not through the Wynn. This was just as unsulting as check-in and not a reflection of their 5 star rating. We had to move the dinner and lose out on the expensive show.

What really infuriated me was when I waiting in the lobby and began talking to other waiting guests. They were Hotwire guests too! I know they purchased their reservations through Hotwire because I personally talked to them. Wynn treats their Hotwire guests as second class guests.

Then, you go to the room and wonder what all that waiting was for. The room was not a 5 star room. It was more like a 3 or 4. I know 5 star rooms. The Wynn does not even come close to the Venetian, a true 5 star Las Vegas hotel. It looks like someone threw up orange and built a tacky hotel around it. I even saw trashy prostitutes waiting for their jons at the gambling tables near the parking lot entrance.

After my wife stopped crying, we tried to enjoy the little time we had left in our anniversary. Despite Christina and the Wynn staff, we managed to have an OK time. However, we will never forget how we were treated by incompetent staff who could care less about quality customer service that should be part of a 5 star establishment.

I LOVE this hotel! Went to Vegas for a bachelor party and stayed here after most of the other guys left.

It's hard to describe how plush this hotel is. You gotta see it to believe - Steve Wynn has spared no expense.

The view from our room was amazing and it wasn't even of the strip. The rooms were very nice but not the best 5* I've stayed.

The food around the hotel was totally flavoursome. The nightclub Tryst is unbelieveable. You must go.

The pool area was paradise and also had a great crowd.
