We had lunch at the Palm on Nov. 29, and we loved it. This was probably the best meal we had in Vegas, and we ate at several of the better restaurants. My husband had the filet which was prepared exactly as he specified and was very flavorful, tender, and piping hot--which is hard to do on a medium rare steak. I had the salmon; again, it was flaky, delicious and beautifully prepared. Service was impeccable, and the cheesecake was great. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Vegas.

We opted to go to The Palm with some friends, rather than going to Prime at the Bellagio. What a mistake! First of all they sat us right next to the kitchen so we could not here anything all night. The waiters and waitresses were very unprofessional, joking around with each other, laughing, playing around. The Steaks were large, but without any flavor at all. My wife had the special, with was a filet with sauce and asparagus which she had maybe 3 bites of. They simply didn't have any flavor and were dry. Sides are all family style and confusing. I know one thing, I will not be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

My husband and I were celebrating our first night (and our wedding anniversary) in Vegas and I had picked the Palm based on the wonderful reviews it received on tripadvisor. The dinner we had was okay--my husband had filet mignon and I had salmon (which was a big mistake). Unfortunately, about an hour and a half after we left the restaurant and just halfway through the Celine Dion show (which we were really excited about), I experienced the worst case of food poisoning that I have ever had. We were forced to leave the show and go back to our hotel.
I spent most of the next day in bed and I was quesy for the remainder of our stay in Vegas (which was only Sunday through Wednesday morning).

My husband called the restaurant on Monday afternoon to explain what happened and they took our phone number. However, five days later, we have still heard nothing from them. Needless to say, I would not recommend this restaurant--their concern for their customers is very poor.

Nice selection. Timely and proficient service. The menu had a large variety. Food was cooked perfectly with nice portion size. No complaints.

Our crew (17 fellas, 35 - 40+, in age), did our "Guy's Night Out" Dinner as we call it, at the Palm. What an excellent experiance! Our crew of loud-but-respectful, super-fun-but-not-obnoxious fellas, had an awesome time. We were set up in a room off the main dining room, which had a TV so that we could see the NBA playoffs (i forget which game was on). The staff at the Palm could not have been more pleasurable to deal with. The food was awesome... and the waitresses (is that not P.C.? [who cares?])... were both professional and hardworking ~ as well as really cute and fun and energetic. The decor of the Palm is "old school" Steak House as is the menu... the vibe is fun, and the martinis were absolutely on-the-money... the bartenders really know there stuff. One of my higher maintainance pals requested Red Bull which the Palm does not serve... they sent staff to go get a few Red Bulls from a nearby vender that sold them, (how often do you see that kind of professionalism in ANY field of business?). Hands down, our dinner at the Palm was absolutely one of our Vegas highlights.
I can not recommend the Palm highly enough. From begining to end, a great experiance.
