Tried this place a long time ago, nothing memorable about lunch...

I go here with my boyfriend all the time on the weekends. The food is great, the waitstaff are friendly and accomodating and the prices are very reasonable -- our bill usually ends up being around $25. It has the feel of a local East Coast restaurant, cozy and casual. If you are in the mood for Italian, you won't be disappointed!

Came here three times for lunch. First time, food was just ok, but the service was terrible. Gave it a try a second time. Food seemed better, but I'm afraid the service was very slow. We even told the waiter that we only have an hour lunch,.By the time we got the food, we only had 15 minutes before we needed to get back to work. Third time, food was ok, but service was like the 1st and 2nd time. If your pressed for time, don't come here.

Incidentally driving along E. Tropicana, felt hungry and stopped with the wife for a quick late lunch. WHAT A SURPRISE?! We didn't want to leave the place. We wished our bellies could take more food. This is THE BEST Italian both of us have dined in since many years. Wait till you get the initial salad and it will imply on what's awaiting down the meal..... Have never tasted such unique souces! Dishes are $8-11 each and most recommended is the Porkloin Gorgonzola. LEAVE ROOM for the deserts; they're from another world! Paid $25 including tip!
