Everytime I go to Vagas I always eat at Spago's. I was there Sept. 1 the food was wonderful...the service was great...just a very pleasant expreience. We don't have food like that in Tennessee! I look forward to the next time!

I found it to be very disappointing also. I had the Hong Kong Halibut which was pretty tasteless and my rice wasn't even done right. The rice was borderline wet like congee. My wife had another seafood plate was just not appetizing at all. The desert was a blueberry cake of somesort if i remember right and it was just downright dry. I would definitely not return.

The place looks beautiful and the food tastes good (not great) but for the price this should be a dining experience on a par with every other top end restaurant in Vegas. My meal, a recent addition to the menu, Atlantic (FARMED!!) Salmon sat lonely and morsely at the bottom of a big white bowl which would have been more ideally suited to a big 'ol serving of chili. The average size hunk of salmon sat on top of a small scoop of corn/blue crab/red pepper relishy combo, and had a few strands (and I do mean approx. three) of tasty shredded red cabbage. That's it folks. $28.00

For how nice the place looks, how well dressed and impeccably mannered the staff is, I expected the service to be good too--and it's not.

Having read so much about Spago we were expecting something special. Unfortunately, it doesn't deliver. The food was average and not a great deal of choice. People watching was the best bit!
