There are 2 Rodeway Inns in Vegas . I chose the wrong one. Right beside the Elvis Chapel and across the street from the adult sex shop. Met a couple of bike cops who told us that gangs were prevalent in that area. The room was dingy and really pathetic. Thank goodness it was only one night. Next time I'll gladly pay extra for a decent place.

Having stayed at the big hotels on 4 previous visits my husband and I decided to stay here since most of the time we were out and really only needed somewhere to sleep. We found the it compared favourably with European apartments, small but sufficient for the two of us with clean sheets and towels every day. The swimming pool and sunlounge area were kept clean and tidy. Staff at reception always pleasant and helpful. Handy for 24 restaurant and nearby Mini Market. Would go back here.

We decided first to choose this hotel because we were flying in late.
We did not wanted to pay a huge amount of money to only sleep there. We paid 62$US for a saturday night stay. The room was very tiny, and had a weird odour. The bed sheets were clean, but I would of slept in a sleeping bag If I had one with me. The shower head was installed 5 feet high, so I had to duck to rinse my hair!!! The hotel was located also on the dirty/bad part of the Strip... We travel a lot and this is the scariest hotel we ever stayed at so far. If you plan on visiting Vegas, I would strongly recommend that you spend more $$$ on a good Hotel.
Stay away from cheap ones.
