The music was great.
For the price we expected a little more than some blow ups around stage. The videos did not offend us but we just didnt find them entertaining and did not get some of the content. It was just plain weird.
With that said it was Elton John so the music speaks for itself. Would have liked an encore performance too. He did not even do one extra song. He bowed and walked off and it was over.
I am glad I saw it but it was a little disappointing especially for the money and it is Vegas where it should be over the top.

Both my wife and I were extremely disappointed with Elton from the very beginning of this cheaply made show, which began in very poor taste as he dropped the "F Bomb" several times (once while "joking" about Celine DION). Considering his appointment as "Sir Elton", we expected a classy act. The enormous video display, was not only distracting and in very poor taste, but it added nothing to the "show".

We found it difficult to watch Elton with the distasteful distractions of the video screen, the large blow-ups of boobs, bananas, legs in stockings etc etc etc. I have always heard Elton was a great showman with numerous costume changes - not so this time! .........changing from one black jacket to another doesn't cut it!!! We came to see a great performance from a great artist. Instead, we were given a disturbing "B grade" video production.

Don't waste your money on Elton! If you are looking for an evening of GREAT entertainment, go see Cirque du soleil's "O". Now THAT is an awesome show packed with talent, whatever your age!

This concert was disappointing to us. His music is still good, but the props and videos are disturbing to say the least. Don't take your children.

A beautiful red piano...a guy who can play it well AND carry a tune...if you focus on those three things - you won't be disappointed. Elton John's The Red Piano is not a big production but the music is beautifully done. He's quite personable and the songs will have you singing along. Yes, he does have some strange videos and some odd props but if you spend too much time deciding if you love them or hate them, you'll miss the whole point of the show.... the music. Elton is quite a character so would you expect anything less than "amusing" props? Relax... just enjoy the music.

(Bought the "cheap seats" $100 + + for 2nd Mezzanine 3, row D, 301/302. Could see/hear everything just fine. Liked being off a little to the right so we could see his face (though not the keyboard). I think that seats in lower sections on the very far right may sometimes have the inflatable props in the way) We grabbed a quick bite at the little food court just across the Colosseum before the show and then went to the Payard Patisserie (also in Caesars) for dessert after the show - perfect!
