My husband and I were married at the Little Church of the West in April 2008 and it was absolutely wonderful. The ceremony only took 5 minutes but it didn't seem that way at all when it was happening. The minister (Paul) was so heartfelt when he spoke that we felt he knew us all of our lives. It was not rushed at all and was so very special to both of us. The whole experience actually surpassed any expectations we had of getting married in Vegas. The office staff was very nice to us also.

I was leary of the photos after reading some of the previous bad reviews but Melissa was our photographer and she took excellent pictures. Please note that in your wedding package, they specify how many pictures you get but by that they mean you can only pick out one shot. What they do is show them to you (about 16 were taken with package #1) and if you want more, you have to pay about an extra $80 and you can get all of them put onto a disk that you can take with you and then you have the rights to all of the photos to reproduce them. That is what we did. We were also able to email them out to all of our friends and family later that afternoon from my son's laptop so they could see them.

The other thing was that we did not order the DVD at the time of the wedding because many of the reviews said it was a waste of money, was poor quality or you couldn't hear the ceremony due to the outside noise. About 2 weeks after the ceremony, we realized we wanted it whether or not it was any good and we were so happy when it arrived. The picture quality was excellent and the sound was fine. I am so glad we got it.

I can't say enough good things about this church. It is small and very cute. If you get married there, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were married here in April 2008. The chapel was chraming and though the ceremony was brief, we didn't feel rushed or stressed. Everyone, from the girl in the office to the coordinator and minister were friendly and made us feel like we were with friends. We chose to leave our kids, grandkids, family, and friends at home, but the ceremony felt personal to us. My husband wrote and recorded a song for me and we had our own CD played during the ceremony. I supplied my own flowers because I was very particular about what I wanted. The people at the Little Church couldn't have been nicer and there was no problem with choosing exactly the services we wanted. I had originally booked at another chapel, but when I found out that I had to buy their flowers and they were inflexible about other things, I changed to the Little Church. I am so glad I did. It will always be a special memory for me and my husband.

The planning could not be easier. This place is absolutely head ache free! They gave me a room to wait in so my groom wouldn't see me, the flowers were lovely, they were so friendly, I could not ask for more.
If you're in for a quick, easy, organized wedding, this is definitely your place. There were no problems at all.
The staff was so friendly. We felt great after the wedding.
I've referred my friend, and she's getting married here too.

Bottom line: They are on top of it. It got done with no hitches. At the end of the day, that's what you remember.

We were married at Little Church of the West on September 10, 2007.
There were things that we really liked about it, and there were things that we really didn't.
Likes: The church is very cute. The grounds are nice. They provide limo with packages 4 and 5. The rates were reasonable.
Dislikes: We were very rushed. Although they say that it will take 30 minutes, the wedding was six minutes long. I didn't mind the short ceremony, however I had four family members that got caught in traffic and were eight minutes late to a six minute wedding. So, they had traveled 1800 miles to miss a wedding by two minutes.
The limo was 20 minutes early....I didn't even have my dress on and they were calling and saying that they were in the lot. That may have been why the church was trying to rush us, the gentleman at LCOTW said that they get charged extra if the limo has to stay.
I had ordered Asiatic Lilies for my flowers, and when they handed them to me, they had obviously been in a cooler as they were very cold and NONE of them were open. Thankfully, mother in law to be was a florist, so she did a little work and had them looking somewhat presentable.
All in all, the ceremony went well. The minister was very nice, and the ceremony itself was much nicer than I expected. This chapel also looks much nicer from the outside than others that we drove by at the north end of the strip.
The pictures were ok, we opted to purchase the cd rather than a package. We had talked to someone on the phone who told us that we would be able to use the photographer on the grounds immediately after the ceremony, however when we asked the photographer after the ceremony, we were told that was not an option. We were very disappointed about this, as we wanted some outdoor photos instead of being in the chapel.
