If you have your wedding on a day that will seem busy, such as a Saturday in June (a common wedding choice), be prepared to be without amenities that are supposed to be included in your package. We were married on June 7th 2008. No limo service was being offered that day (which we found out a week before the wedding which really wasn't too big a deal for us), but the big issue was that the room that the bride to be would use to prepare for the wedding (in air conditioning) was also unavailable (because the wedding chapel couldn't accomodate all the brides that they overbooked). One of the people behind the counter told us "we can rebook you for tomorrow" Can you believe that? They chose to book a wedding every 15 minutes. It was not our fault. We complained until they opened the room for my bride. They claimed they were using it for administrative purposes. When they opened the room for my bride, there was nothing going on it the room at all. They were just concerned that they wouldn't be able to corral everyone in time to keep their 10 minute weddings running in and out.
As for the wedding, we actually wanted short and sweet, so we were happy with the length of the wedding. In and out. We just didn't like that they fought us on the use of an air conditioned room for my bride to prepare herself for the wedding.
The photographer was pretty cool & was patient if we blinked during the photos. Minister was nice as well.
Two of the three ladies in the office were very pleasant. Shame on the third female employee in the office for being rude for us asking for something for which we paid.
If you want to not be rushed in and out ... maybe consider a Tuesday night wedding in January :)
